If Punk does somehow win tonight hopefully the injury gods are nice to us and he doesn't have to vacate the belt 5 days later much like what happened when he was in AEW

I’d love it if Gunther won here but I’m not particularly ass blasted if Punk goes over either, but yeah if they do go with giving the strap to him hopefully he avoids injury

If he gets injured again for some reason, guess it might be time to retire for good. He can be a trainer or commentator like he did last time.

Hope he promotes those muffins again in a post-media scrum.

I think he will probably handle NXT once he retires regardless, I wouldn’t mind Punk getting one last run but again I’d love to see Gunther go on a god-stomp all the way to Mania or even a bit longer but considering Punk hasn’t gotten hurt since that rumble injury early last year and has consistently worked on TV it’s probably not as certain, also the match has been pretty safe so far, Gunther probably knows he handling somewhat fragile goods
 
I genuinely can’t think of anything in all of pro wrestling I want less then another Seth world title run and it’s inevitable even if the injury is real so I almost hope the injury is fake so they can just get the fuck on with it rather then me dreading it at every turn.

I don’t know if anybody posted it yet, but they helped Bron to the back and he hopped up the stairs on one leg.

He definitely landed in a way where if he was injured everyone would just look at it and go yeah no shit that injured him. Wonder what direction they’d go if genuinely Seth and Bron were both out for months.
