ecw played whatever the hell they wanted to for their talents themes for the majority of their lifespan. new jack never had an agent as far as i ever knew, with the notable exceptions of his wife towards the end of his life and career, and his his tag team partner mustafa in the mid to late 90s when he wasn't smoking pencil shavings and random plants he found outside the bingo hall.
this, ECW was small enough to fly under the radar, if he were in the WWF or WCW at the time they would have been sued by the record labels

I’m sorry but women should never get color in wrestling. Blood only works if you’ve can make the viewer think even for a second that the wrestling is legit.

Women’s wrestling can be fun to watch but it’s impossibly to not see how fake it is at all times.

Reason #429 why we still need Russo around:
Women's First Blood Match, but as soon as the bell rings the heel starts yelling at the ref to check the other girl because she knows she's on her period. The ref, or the heel herself, reaches in and pulls out a bloody Maxi pad, ring the bell, heel wins (bonus points if they book Gigi in this match to call back the gross shit she did on the indies).

I saw a comment about how AEW was able to fit in so many feuds for Revolution while the most matches WWE has done for their events recently is five or six and it got me thinking. While AEW Revolution was able to showcase their tag team, both women's, and two of their mid-card championships, is having a bloated PPV a worser option as the audience would get tired out?

Moxley retained yet again ? man this just reaffirms to me AEW is an absolute shitshow, Tiny probably uronically believes the Death Riders shit is the coolest thing ever and doesnt understand why he rarely even breaks 700k viewers on Dynamite anymore

It's way worse than just Mox remaining but it got a little bit out of hand and I just ended up writing a 46874932648327546276 word and really spergy rant why it's worse and why way too many shit sucks in AEW right now, how it is only going downhill since I don't know forever and how it will only keep going downhill and that I'm once again at a point where I ask myself why I keep up torturing myself with watching AEW.

oh I agree, Copium wouldn't have been better at all and to add to that the entire card is just fucking rotten, midcard, womens, and tag included, if Tony didn't have a rich father siphoning him money from the Jags as well as his soccer team they would have gone under over a year ago, they have done worse then WCW at this point, and I don't think a WWE Monopoly would be a good thing either but AEW doesn't deserve the siphoned funds to keep operating the slop it puts out

I reckon he thinks he will eventually get it over as his NWO if he can find the right face to go up against them but it just fucking sucks and it's more like the early days of House of Torture in NJPW.

A supposedly "strong" heel has to constantly cheat to win whilst surrounding himself with lackeys. It eventually became sort of an in-joke in NJPW and EVIL was dropped down to the midcard with the rest of the faction.

TK and Mox are too busy huffing their own farts to do that so Jon will have the belt for a while yet.

The worst thing is that this shit ended what sounded like an otherwise good show rather than having the main be Toni and Mariah which is being universally praised.

WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 had four matches, two of them I didn't care about but didn't annoy me and the other two matches and an end to the show that I really, really liked and which I always will talk fondly about and tell all my IRL friends.

AEW Revolution 2025 had 9 matches on the main card (and 3 on the pre show), half of them could have easily been main events on tv, half of them I didn't care about and the show having a fucking abyssmal ending that overshadows everything that I actually liked and left me very pissed when I was already tired before the match after a show that felt like it was going on forever.

Guess which sort of show I'm going to choose over the other in the future.

I don't mind AEW ppvs being 4ish hours because a lot of their top guys are able to make 30-40 minutes absolutely fly by because they have the workrate pacing down to a tee.

Conversely, the likes of Omega, Okada and Ospreay can make even a 15-20 minute match feel like an epic.

However, the booking is still fucking terrible for maybe 75% of the roster though and they've pushed some deeply mediocre younger talent far beyond their abilities.

Concerning AEW, I can’t for the life of me understand why they’re keeping old farts as the top billing. I mean look at this card.

The sad thing is that neither guy is that old but Edge looks like he’s screaming because he’s confused about Medicare Plan B coverage. I remember decades ago hearing WCW was the old Wrestlers league but the former WWF guys weren’t actually that old. Hulk was 46 in 1999 and he continued to get top billing because he was Hulk Hogan just like how a 47 year old Cena is going to main event Wrestlemania.

AEW’s roster isn’t even that old and if the veterans can perform they can of course take up screentime. But I don’t even know who is AEW’s “The Guy” and that’s a glaring problem.

Unfortunately AEW's The Guy is headlining Wrestlemania as their top face

Christian Cage should've won and forcefully adopt the death riders until they stop acting like they're fatherless.

Little funny story but WWE got a legal notice from the remaining members of Nirvana over Raven's WCW theme when he was still in WCW because they didn't know better.

Am I the only one who gets a Baby Jane Hudson vibe from Alexa I mean she's pushing mid 30's now and it's catching up with her in the face with the saddlebags forming.

Won't lie I'm still shocked Cope wouldn't even let his best friend get put over. Dude hasn't lost clean in 14 years lol.

You had to ask someone to figure this out? Did you unironically think ECW was paying Metallica to use Enter Sandman or paying for the rights to Pantera's "Walk" for RVD?
That and the novemember rain promos too. GnR weren't getting nothing from Paul.
