What is the gayest wrestling move?

"I have no idea why. I think that because his whole career he was Edge, so he just figures that he should be Cope. Whatever, it's his call, I mean it doesn't make — it doesn't make a difference, he's Adam Copeland. The idea absolutely is to just call him Cope, yes. It's his call, I don't think it changes the world or anything. I wouldn't have done it ... you'd have to ask him why, you know what I mean? I said I wouldn't have done it, but it's not like anything where I go like 'oh, stupid idea,' it's just something."
"uhh, he picked it" isn't really an explanation no matter how many meltzer noises you make

Some terminally online faggot saw Jey Uso go into the stratosphere taking yeet and told Adam it would be a good idea to change his name to Cope.

Same person that told Jacksonville Dixie that it would be a good idea to call the AEW fans sickos.

Meltzer wouldn't report that even if he could comprehend it.

Apparently I made the right choice dipping on Wrestle Kingdom after Evil vs Tanahashi. NOAH seems to have put a much better show.
Heard it was kind of a wet fart, I'm glad that I didn't stay up for it. I really find the promotion's situation depressing, honestly. It's borderline sad to watch.

When Okada left, when the IWGP World title ceased to exist and when David Finlay was made the leader of the Bullet Club, it was the moment when I said, "you know what, this company peaked with Okada vs Omega, maybe it's time to leave."

AEW fucked them hard by signing all of their big names and all they can really do now is stay on good terms with them so that they can get the occasional appearance from their former top guys.

Stardom needs to become the main focus for Bushiroad now whilst they try to rebuild NJPW. A couple of years back their shows were outselling NJPW and any time they are featured on a NJPW PPV they get a good response. TKs disinterest in womens wrestling will stop them losing their bigger names as well.

the unfortunate reality is that AEW has infinite funding so they can fuck-up as much as they want without going under while WCW didn't have that same luxury the world is truly a cruel and unjust place
They might have the infinite money glitch but I refuse to believe that Time Warner didn't sign a contract with AEW that didn't stipulate minimum, or at the very least, targeted viewership numbers.

I can't believe Time Warner would just be kosher with AEW's current downward trend. In theory, Time Warner could just realize that the TV ratings are killing them and just move AEW to a terrible time slot, knowing that the remaining fan base will follow no matter what.

It won't kill AEW, but it will prevent it from any real growth or development, but to be fair, Tony is already doing that.
I fucking hate the way Meltzer speaks so much. 50% of my disdain for this moron comes from his autistic speech pattern and stunted vocabulary.
I swear to God I have interacted with deaf people that speak clearer than Dave.

Before Dynamite started in 2019 the projected ratings were in the 250-300k range so AEW has outperformed expectations from day one and continues to do so. WBD are very high on the show because it gives them great exposure to the demo for a relatively low outlay and AEW is willing to shill their other IPs for no extra cost because the management are all nerds who love a crossover.

WBD could spend 10s of millions on a new prestige drama series for 8 episodes that utterly fucking bombs or give TK 200~250 million for 5 years of 4 hours of TV a week every week that they can easily sell ads for that may also catch fire out of nowhere if someone on the roster breaks into the mainstream.

Live sports is a huge cashcow.

does anybody have the penta teaser? onlines are being fake and gay

WWE really leaning into the celebrity crossover stuff by having Sabrina Carpenter win her Money in The Bank cash in.
