Dude I like Bret but goddamn he must have some resentment towards Vince to say that shit. I mean I understand with Owens accident and the screw job why he feels this way but shit man that’s a reach that’s a little too far.

Did Bret actually say in the McMahon doc that he thought the WWF murdered Owen to get back at him (Bret)? Because if so that's some of the most unhinged, narcissistic, schizophrenic shit I've ever heard.

EDIT: Disregard this I didn't read the posts above. I honestly can't believe that shit, what a lunatic.
Vince claimed Bret had some strong words for him at Owen's funeral
Wouldn't it be funny if Owen secretly hated Bret?
What if the fall was done out of revenge but not against Bret? Owen was friends with Warrior and Ahmed Johnson, two individuals WWE held grudges against, what if that was to hurt those two?

Austin saying he doesn't belive it exists is just one of many weird takes coming out of this documentary series.
He never said it doesn't exist but that if a wrestler has gotten CTE then that's on them. It's their fault... So by that logic, it was his fault Owen dropped him on his head.

I know this is a bit late but turns out another chapter in the downfall of the once dominant National Wrestling Alliance is coming to a close after this month. Powerrr, the NWA's weekly TV show, will be leaving the CW app in less than a week with no confirmed future plans for the show. Literally none. No future deal with a streaming platform or even a move back to YouTube.

Yep. And Corgan unfortunately doesn't realize that YouTube is where the promotion is going to be relegated to even though he hates how they treated him. In reality, Corgan killed the NWA with his self destructive creative decisions starting with Samhain. I mean honestly, if does not scream lolcow behavior for Billy Corgan, then what does? Or he's probably going to move his show to Rumble or something.

There is a conspiracy theory that claims that Vince killed Owen Hart for revenge of him injuring Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was the next figurehead of the company.

It makes more sense than just killing him for Animal and Ahmed Johnson.

I still say that with Tyrus on national TV every night it was a good idea to put _a_ belt on him, just not THE belt
come up with a TV title or something that has NWA IS A TV WRASSLE SHOW in big letters on it or something, I dunno

Scott Steiner's son AKA future world champion Brock Steiner
It's Mini Poppa Pump. I wonder if he'll team and/or feud with his cousin, Bron Breakker.
Steiner Boys taking over the biz. Big Dimes.

Moxley has lost weight again recently and looks a lot better. Coupled with him having his cool New Japan music and wearing the green fatigues at Grand Slam, it seems a move in the right direction. Good to see, Mox is one of my favorites and I hated seeing him descending into complete plumberdom.

All of you in here talking like you could kick out of that splash at 100. That shit looked like it moves mountains.

But in all seriousness, I don't believe I've seen this man since his run in WWE and time hasn't been kind to him. It wasn't as bad as seeing Big Show return to AEW and stand, but the clip makes me wonder if he was ever fast at all.

I know there's a part where they try to shame Stephanie McMahon for the WWF using Mike Tyson in 1998, even though they're far from the only people to hire him for anything since 1995. Tyson is an American pop culture figure. It's not like everyone but the WWF was boycotting him or something.

A lot of things killed NWA, the cocaine spot was just the Coup de Grâce

Tyrus was still imposing during his TNA/Impact run. He was obviously going downhill, but he could do his thing. By the time he got the strap on NWA, he wasn't doing too good.
