Yeah, I can't imagine anyone will talk about it while he's still alive. It's fucked up but he gets protected because he's basically wrestling royalty. Kind of like how they waited til Harley Race was dead, too. We all know he's guilty as shit for the rape case in the 90s and I am sure there's way more that we didn't hear about.

Considering the other crap that wrestlers and promotors have pulled, that seems pretty tame. I am guessing they will also talk about the ECW/NWA split.
 
If they ever do decide on a Jerry the King episode, that fucker better have a runtime of at least two hours. One of the slimiest dudes in pro wrestling, truly.

Oh yeah and with the connections the show has we may hear more of the bts stuff. Those guys kept alot of the shady stuff behind clothes doors (besides Ole Anderson) so it will be interesting who is brought on to comment on it.

this, Trick has everything going for him, hes got a better chant then Danielson did,can talk,and can wrestle, I could easily see him getting the rocket strapped to him once hes on the Main Roster, wouldnt suprise me at all if HBK and HHH are thinking of him as a future FOTC

weren't they WWEs developmental at one point ? I guess they dropped them when they decided to go in-house with FCW and later NXT

I went to high school with one of Lawler's nephews and he said prior to 2010 that Jerry was a dirty old man. He might as well be an honorary Mexican with his interpretation of the age of consent.

I really wish they would pay the rights holders to the song from hustle and flow or get an entrance that flows better with the "whoop that trick" chants. Once that's there and locked in it would make great video.

I personally don't care too much for him in the ring as a character but as an athlete and a wrestler he is impressive and over. I also don't follow NXT that closely so I haven't really followed any storylines of him but once he is on the main roster I'm sure he will do great. At least would likely have a better start then Carmello I would be curious if they ship him to Smackdown and try to use the Carmelo feud to start his run or move him to Raw work the mid card with Bron and Ilja and then we have the inevitable match of midcard belts with Trick having the intercontinental vs Carmelo with the US title to boost both titles.
 
My biggest problem with Jim Cornette's terminal case of TDS is that he is seemingly unable to articulate any *reason* for it that doesn't extend past "Trump is a racist/sexist/homophobe."

But he can't actually provide any info that Trump is ANY of those things, and there is actually quite a bit of proof that Corny is in fact all three of those things that's come out over the years.. It is seems particularly likely that he is both a racist and a sexist. And fair enough, be racist and sexist if you want, but don't be a fucking hypocrite about it.

I've never really heard Corny talk about the gays, but as a "good ol southern boy" I somehow doubt he actually *likes* them.

Even if he does like watching/*forcing* guys to fuck his wife. But I mean, that takes more of the TDS wind out of his sails. You can't really call Trump a sexual degenerate for (by his own words, *consensually* 'grabbing women by the pussy'), when you literally forced up and coming wrestlers to fuck your wife or be fired..

Not shocking. Jerry's booked to appear on the upcoming Jericho cruise, hopefully Chris had the foresight to keep his daughters off the boat.

Well, saying "nigger" isn't nearly as bad as some of the shit New Jack has pulled, so I don't know how well that would've played.

Teddy Long has never stabbed a man during a wrestling match though.
