Once Roman gets and finish that Rock match I think he's out, he has confirmed he's still under strong medication and already did everything he could ever accomplish. He's not needed anymore with Cody there doing all the media and always working.
It would surprise if Cody doesn't win the championship this weekend. Unless WWE is planning on a massive swerve to screw Cody I'm placing all my money on Cody walking out as champion. I guess they can use the Rock to screw Roman, like with Rock screwing Cena against the Miz.

some mania predictions and odds
4:3 - some bullshit so Cody doesn't finish the weekend with the belt, even if he wins it at some point
3:2 - Rock ends up with the belt
5:4 - Cody needed backup and he called in backup, Orton because Legacy and that's it lol
4:1 - Cody needed backup and he called in backup, whatever Bullet Club-ish guys they can wrangle easily
5:1 - Cody needed backup and he called in backup, including a surprise Bullet Club guy or two from outside lolwwe
10:1 - Cody needed backup against the Rock and he called in backup against the Rock GLASS SHATTERS
40:1 - Cody needed backup and he called in backup, CARRY ON MY WAYWARD SOOOON

So after catching up and watching the segments, this is all building up to a Cody victory. After the disappointment of last year, this makes the most sense to have Rhodes walk out as champion. Rock will most likely put him over in the tag match. Also, Rock is doing some decent heel work. Definitely nowhere near his peak, but Dwayne is doing better than I thought he would. I think he's also done a great job pushing Roman, Cody, and Seth to up their game and match the intensity. Seth calling Rock mister midlife crisis was great and got a decent reaction. The slap trades were pretty kino as well.

I'm definitely excited for Mania, but why so many tag matches? 5 out of 13 matches being tag teams is giving me bad vibes. Last year had 3 tag matches and the only one that was worth it was Zayne/Owens vs Usos. So I'm not getting my hopes up for the tag matches this year unless they're planning something really fucking out there for them.

Cody/Seth lose on Saturday making Cody the underdog for Sunday, Bloodline interferes on Sunday, Cody fights them off(maybe with help from Seth or someone else), Roman blames Rock after the loss, Roman vs Rock as Summerslam.

Yeah, I've been predicting this since the tag match was announced. But I think that we're going to see Rock oust Roman and take over the Bloodline.

Which means face Roman run and the monkey paw's finger curls...

I'm not entirely sure how they'd manage that given Rock has a movie starting shooting soon after Wrestlemania, and Moana is still supposed to be going into production this year as well (even with the release date being delayed). Combine that with Roman never being around either (I doubt he's magically gonna start working more) and I'm not even sure how you'd build that feud even if fans weren't sick to the back teeth of cocnut nigger shit by now.

I’ll say this.
He seems a lot happier in interviews this time around. I don’t believe his BS about not knowing he was gonna lose until “Spear, 1-2-3.”

With how much they’ve been teasing that “all is lost” if Roman retains and Seth’s line about “the landscape of WWE will be very dark.”
These are Hollywood writers, nobody wants to end their biggest show of the year with "And now the WWE landscape is very dark".

Do it for Daddy you handsome bastard.

Since Lia Maivia is getting inducted let's remember her one appearance on Raw when her grandkid was talking smack to Randy Orton and his My Little Pony

Should they have given The Rock one run in 2004 other than sporadic appearances? I know he was at WM20 with Mick against Evolution but could he had a feud against Orton I mean a proper feud like work some matches? Maybe he could have stirred the shit against Evolution and cause tensions between Triple H and Randy leading to him leaving Evolution?

America such a joke. Might as well let president rock happen. Rock such a kiss Ass and Trump has such a poor judge of character. He would totally ask Rock to be his running mate.

For all of you saying I’m gonna cry if Cody loses? Did I cry last year?

No. I was sad and upset but I got over it very quickly. Will you if Roman loses?

I'm down for wrestler politicians if it means they start cutting promos on each other. Trump already basically does this.

Hell, lets go full carnie and have wrestling matches decide national policy.
Imagine, "the passing of military funding bill will be decided by the winner of this steel cage match". Or, Money for Ukraine/Israel in the Bank ladder match. How about "Wargames vs China."?

"Hell in a Cell" as a forced match between political prisoners in literal prison.

Overpriced government contract on a pole match.

Actually yeah Dustin is a pretty good fit for an AEW cameo

I stopped watching AEW when Sting retired. Let me know when MJF returns, FTR stops jobbing or leaves the company, or when somebody dies.
one of the FTRs should be leaving the company soon enough for prison from the gun charges
