yeah the "oh lol year" unless it's something really real, like "this is when soandso's contract runs out" or "the lease on the building runs out" gets old fast

also I tuned in a few mins late, but why was WWE Guy Edge and Also Not From AEW Will Osprey the guys cutting the "I am here to explain how AEW is very okay, everything is fine, and Tony is very not gotten-to by Punk's interview" or whatever the fuck else that was damage control for

Ok then, 2033 will be uh...

I dunno...something happens I think. I give up.
There's new Dark Side of the Ring episodes?
We learn Judy Bagwell shaves Buff's balls. Good to know.

By the way another thing regarding Sid, I heard he has a son also wrestling and using his old gimmick of Lord Humongous.
But like Scott Hall's son Cody(not Rhodes), he's only on the indies. Should the big companies right now like AEW, WWE or TNA sign him?

I always knew he was tough but sucks to find out he was such a shitty person
Brother, how are you still surprised carnys who lived near-outlaw lifestyles were shitty?
The business will never be "professional and proper". Not even professional and esteemed careers/jobs are; just look at your nearest hospital. More infidelity and sodomy going on than in a brothel.

I know that this was from 2003, but remember that feud between Kane and Shane? What if instead, Kane vs Kevin Nash? Yeah, someone will say they faced off in a 6 man tag back in 2002, but what if instead of Shane McMahon avenging Linda, it is Big Daddy Cool himself that does it, maybe it goes as such; after his attack on Kane, he retaliates by costing him the World Title at Summerslam, at the same time injuring him, so he can go off to film 2004's The Punisher. He then comes back to do stuff like set Kane on fire or send him on that limo ride, and Bischoff just suspends him so Nash can have his fewer dates except on PPVs or be the one put Test on the shelf. Could this have been good as it sounds?
Kane vs Nash in the early 00's could have been interesting. Have Nash come back as "Fake Kane" (Not to be confused with Festus as fake Kane which came later.) It would be like pottery with Glen Jacobs being fake Diesel. It would rhyme.

Does it count if they don't have a trans-health department?

Random speculative thought/question, going off the hypotheticals from a while ago:

Assuming Owen Hart lived and assuming he'd have a non-relegated role, what sort of storyline could you see him doing for Invasion?

Also, if you could break one of the Turner contracts, who would it be?

Anyone catch the first two matches of WWE Speed last night? Ricochet vs Dragon Lee and Cedric Alexander vs Bronson Reed. Personally wasn't a huge fan because, while it's not impossible to tell a good story in a couple of minute match, I feel like most of these are gonna be like the Ricochet/Lee match and just turn into a fast paced spot fest.

Fighting Bret, obviously.
The brother who "ran away" for the quick money vs the one who stayed behind and carried on Stu Hart's legacy.
The King of Harts vs Stu's prodigal son.

He'd take either Kurt or Jericho's spot in Team WWF. Would not defect to the alliance despite strong rumors in the locker room and mind games from Shane/Steph that Bret would convince his younger brother to fight at his older sibling's side and take revenge on Vince for Montreal.
Shane all but guara-damn-tees that a member of the Hart Family will join the alliance, to the dismay and doubt of the WWF boys towards Owen, only for the swerve to be a returning Jim Neidhart being the one who joins the alliance (though is quickly relegated to his lower mid-card status where he belongs).
Owen eventually goes over clean on Bret at Survivor Series in a match for the WCW title (The Rock doesn't need the damn belt and The Alliance having both Big Eagle and Big Gold only helps them look more like a genuine threat), giving the youngest Hart his long-awaited and hard-fought storyline victory over his older brother.

Bulldog and Anvil could play a role, since both joined Bret to WCW in 98.

AEW will be dead by 2033. Tony Khan just can't help himself, why even acknowledge the interview? Can't believe Edge would accept doing that Reddit like promo "Who cares we suck if we have fun?".

Stuff like that Edge promo at the top of Dynamite are the reason why AEW's audience will never grow and only continue to shrink. General audiences have no idea what the fuck he's talking about and will tune out.

Jay White should have went to WWE.

His booking in AEW has been fucking abysmal.
WWE was in a hiring freeze at the time Jay jumped, and if I recalled there was something going on with his wife health. Jay's wife is an American citizen, but Jay hadn't been granted a green card or American citizenship yet. He needed a long term Visa so he could look after his wife. I believe he was initially interested in WWE, but settled on AEW.
Source? I may as well have pulled it out of my ass because I am half remembering machine translated interviews and reports from the time.
the other guy gives props to his friends over there by only using their first names just to make sure there's no chance a non-WWE wrestler gets their full name said on WWE TV.
Which is weird, because if you if you watch the WWE documentary on Cody that Vince himself produced, Cody specifically names the Jackson brother and puts them over massively.
Personal guesses - either Triple H went hardline, “you have one chance, here is the line, don’t fuck it up”, or he assigned Punk a dedicated Tard Wrangler
This is my guess. From the rumors that were swirling around even before Punk signed with AEW he had lost a lot of money getting swindled on a real estate deal by that punk rocker friend of his. I suspect that was what lead to him signing with AEW to begin with after clearly not being interested in wrestling for so long. Then there was that big multimillion dollar house he bought in LA. With Punk's release from AEW he lost the guaranteed money to pay for that house and was desperate to keep up appearances. Nick Khan offering him a job allowed him to save face and Paul put him in his place. Phil is still a ticking time bomb of grievance collecting seethe, so really it is an internal struggle between insecurity driven need protect his self-image and his compulsively destructive personality disorders. It probably does help that there is someone there to keep a boot on Punk's throat and keep him in line. I don't know exactly what is wrong with Punk, but he has a kind of attention driven mania with him that causes him to lose self control the more control and influence he has. Tony couldn't handle him so things blew up in record time.

Also, I'm back from work y'all!
