Interesting, Buddy Matthews is currently dating Rhea Ripley. I hope she doesn't leave him and take away a beloved pet.

Tessa Blanchard is no longer with WoW

Americans With Disabilities Act has a class action complaint against AEW. Why? Some blind retard can't read their merch store. I can't see worth shit either and I have no issues.

Matt Riddle is also divorced now. I guess Randy is having an impact on his life already. Hopefully the upgrade is worth it.

The guy suing is known to sue websites storefronts, and I believe he had a similar lolsuit against WWE a few months ago.

I wish W Morrisey would have kept the same outfit he had in Impact. The light colored jeans and the Timberlands was just 👌🏻

Also hope Cardona rocks back up to AEW with all his belts and just laughs at everybody.

AEW is now talking about switching developers for the next game. 🌈🌈🌈
It’s almost like having a Video Game Mark that has no clue what he’s doing in the production room was a terrible idea.

I honestly doubt we’d even see another game if this one flops - TK’s budget might mostly be cocaine, but I can’t see him throwing more money after what’s essentially Omega’s Pet Project.

I honestly blame the devs. They knew he had no clue about how to do any of this and weren't firm in telling him his ideas were costly and punishing to the team.

Kenny likely held meetings weekly "Hey, dynamic rosters, is this concept possible?" Well yeah, I mean dynamic rosters are possible, you see it in FIFA and MLB The Show all the time. "Great! Thanks! Meeting adjourned!" Instead they should have been saying " yes, but for our game, no".

Now they're looking at hitting massive crunch just to get it released before next year and you have shit like Nyla Rose's character not selling any punches that they are openly showing to the fans. It ain't good, chief.

EDIT: If I was on any aspect of the dev team, I would request we scrap the project and wait until we get the backing of a major publisher to guide the project more effectively. THQ Nordic was sniffing around last I heard, they'd do just fine.

Only if the payoff is Cardona beating Kenny Omega in like ten seconds to hammer home the superior belt collector guy as far as Cardona spending the build-up to the match pointing out that Kenny sucks in all of the myriad of ways Kenny sucks and how he cowardly forfeited the belt after "he realized what a loser he was and how he did so because he was terrified of another high profile defeat" and how Matt did what Kenny did and did so way better and without being a vapid whore in cosplay screaming "LOVE ME!".

Also; an interesting piece of gossip floating around: two possible reasons why Dexter Lumis isn't with the WWE anymore are circulating.

1. is that his contract was about to expire later this year sometime and they couldn't come to terms on a new deal. So when they were looking for people to cut, Dexter got offered an early out on his contract which he took.

2. Nick Khan gave John Laurinaitis orders to fire people from NXT for the sake of juking the books to make the company look super profitable come next quarterly report as far as firing X number of people/clearing Y amount of contract money off the books.

Laurinaitis wanted to fire Roderick Strong, who's been demanding to be fired after realizing he fucked up taking the mark contract. But Vince overruled him, citing fears he'd go to AEW and Tony Khan would have the full Undisputed Era team reunited. So Dexter got fucked over since he was making around the same as Strong, which allowed Laurinaitis to meet the financial/number of people fired quota demanded of him by Khan.

Inject that into my veins.
But realistically they’d job Cardona out to Kenny.

2020, they settled out of court.

At least it only took one powerbomb to beat him. He didn't need three or four to put him down. Sure it buries Morrisey but it's not like he's signed to AEW so it should be expected.

Stephanie McMahon announced that WWE 2K22 was a commercial and critical success, and hinted that a WWE RPG game could be made. It sounds weird, but there have been some weird wrestling-related games in the past, such as WWE Crush Hour.
Sounds like someone found out about WrestleQuest and how they're using wrestlers like Booker T, Macho Man, DDP, and Andre within the game.

BTW, WrestleQuest looks really fun if you're into traditional JRPGs and has an interesting mechanic in the hype meter. Essentially you have to keep the crowd engaged in the match or it will make your opponents tougher.

Kenny had no business being in charge of the video game production. People really think yukes is going to adapt the aki engine? They shouldn't even attempt to make a video game in the first place until they have everything in order.

Look at TNA. They got their first and only console game six years into their existence and three years into their deal with Spike. TNA didn't have the live attendance of AEW today, but between the slightly higher ratings in the US and their overseas deals they objectively had more eyeballs on their product every week and similar revenue at the time and even then they barely warranted a console game. AEW should have focused on something more along the line of a Retromania 2D pixel digital release their first time out, IMO.

Wasn’t there also an ECW video game, and they only really existed in the form of ECW we all remember for what, 5 years? If that? With a literal shoestring of a budget…

I’ve called this game Kenny’s Pet Project a few times, and if you were to tell me that he got it in his contract that there’d be an AEW Video Game I wouldn’t be surprised.

That said, I’m half expecting it to be a dumpster fire, and I’d love to be a fly on the wall in that meeting if/when TK finally gets pissed about practically shitting away, what was it, $10M?
