It's more for their Next In Line initiative. They're hiring heavily on the corporate site for coordinators and personal trainers currently, so they're definitely moving forward with this.Sounds like someone coming up with an excuse to purge NXT.
The most reasonable and likely scenario is they want a probationary period policy in place prior to signing any new athletes in order to save money on the front end while they're in training and to create a clause to easily release those not measuring up to the job.
