I recall that the talk at the time was that she thought her and MJF were a couple but he was just banging her for a bit and sort of lost interest when he realised he was going to be a star and she was just one of the girls that was going to be signed to AEW in the early days so that they could have some sort of a women's division. A lot of people who knew both of them at the time said that she was a bit of a nutjob in the situation.

She had a bit of a breakdown and showed up in Impact and NWA a handful of times before getting a couple of tryout matches in WWE but they ultimately passed on her and then she got knocked up by some Mexian indie shitter so i guess that's that for her wrestling career. It looks like she had real potential but was crazier than a shithouse rat so she couldn't get established anywhere.

Pretty much everyone dodged a bullet with her.

The worst kept secret of AEW is Kylie lost her shit after something happened in AEW involving Nyla Rose, there was a ton of NDA bullshit, Jericho was some how involved, and everyone tries to pretend that nothing happened. No one has explicitly spilled the tea, but back in the jelly nuttela days there were a bunch of semi-leaks on /asp/ the day shit happened the catalog was flooded with threads saying Nyla Rose was a rapist piece of shit and saying Jericho was a company stooge for covering shit up. Then Kylie went crazy, quit AEW, and everyone tried to pretend nothing happened because fed bad. There had been endless gossip since then no one has said shit. Now the new narrative is that Kylie was always crazy, it never happened, women are untrustworthy, and if it happened she was asking for it.
 
Kylie is an odd case. I remember she was just fine in Impact, and then once she went to AEW all of a sudden the "she's crazy" moniker. I think she had a brief tryout in the W at some point, but that didn't go anywhere. It's all very sus.

Well one of them is rare, the other I repost all the time. Despite the seethe online neither of them are were taken by her boyfriend. As far as I know, and as much as it boggles the mind, maki is still a virgin. These two pic were both taken by confirmed homo and DDT Mao's boyfriend, Chris Brookes who is now in the hospital for a ruptured colon/impacted bowel.

what i remember hearing was that kylie had a huge drinking problem but it was under control for years then when she got to AEW she fell off the wagon because her nerves got to her then she just stopped coming to shows and they fired her but tony offered her rehab and left things at that. then from there she just retired and came back a bunch of times.

i personally do not believe the nyla rumor because i feel like if there was a rapist troon going around raping people especially in the wrestling community it would be a way bigger story and nyla would have been #metoo'd by now or fired like jimmy havoc was early on. kylie just strikes me as someone who buckles under pressure but who knows.

I remember hearing that it was for drugs, specifically opiates, not alcohol, and her weird "retire then return" behavior was due to her relapsing and then getting clean again multiple times. All of this shit was just rumors though, so take it with a MirrorNoir sized grain of salt.
 
I did not expect that to happen, but least it ends the Moxley/ Kingston story. At least it's not another Moxley/ Danielson match. I was hoping for Swerve or Jay White to win though.

I know she had issues with Brandi, probably due to Brandi being a spoiled bitch, and I think she didn't want to wrestle Nyla. I know one person left the company due to that.

I don’t even get mad at shit like that anymore. I actually laugh.

Horrible booking decisions like making Eddie BurgerKingston anything other than a lower midcard jobber meant to provide padding wins for the actual wrestlers on their way to a real feud is one of the many things that has contributed to AEW getting less than 300k viewers on the majority of their shows and why the attendance is abysmal.
