There's always been fat wrestlers but this guys problem is that he looks like someones 60 year old aunt who has had a female "room-mate" for the past 3 decades.

Like others have mentioned, looking like Chaz Bono vs what Tenta looks like. If this NXT guy looked like Charles Manson rather than Nikocado Avocado (ie, he had some sort of presence beyond Crown Prince of the Mukbangers) I think he'd be getting a bit better of a reception.

You can’t tell me this is some nostalgia on my part, I was a just a “twinkle in my Daddy’s eye” when this match happened. This is a full decade before Attitude. But the story told is well conceived, Neidhart and Jimmy are great as goons for Bret and Macho Man sells brilliantly.
