The culture of being transgender has morphed into one whereby fucking dorks view it as an escape from their shitty lives. They do not experience the feelings of gender dysphoria, an actual medical condition: they experience hardships throughout their lives, and see the grass as being greener on the other side. Law Lets Female Rape Victims Select Female Forensic Examiners; Trans Activists React With Outrage
UK — Holyrood, Scotland. On the night of December 10, Holyrood, Scotland passed legislation protecting the legal right of rape victims to be attended by female forensic teams. While many female rape victims cheered the decision as a safeguard of their right to bodily autonomy, transgender activists and allies on social media organized a “call to action” and shared outrage as it became clear that men who self-identify as transgender women would not be entitled to conduct intimate medical examinations on rape victims.

Section 9 of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 allowed rape victims to request an examiner of a particular “gender.” However, the act did not define ‘gender’. Johann MacDougall Lamont, a politician who served as Leader of the Scottish Labour Party from 2011 to 2014, pushed for the wording to be amended. “Sex is defined in law, and gender is not. A right is not a right, if it’s unenforceable.” The Health and Sport Committee wrote, “We consider the definition of gender could be ambiguous in the bill, which has the potential to cause distress to individuals undergoing forensic medical examination. We recommend the bill be amended to guarantee an individual’s right to choose the sex of the examiner.” The Scottish government initially denied that there was “legislative ambiguity.” Ms Lamont pointed out that such organizations as Rape Crisis Scotland, Engender, and Zero Tolerance have “sought definitions of gender” that describe a person’s identity and make the definition of gender “explicitly not interchangeable with the word ‘sex’.”

Monica Lennon, a Member of Scottish Parliament and health spokeswoman for Labour, complained, “there are some people who want to exclude trans women from working with women and girls to have disclosed rape or sexual assault.” Ms Lamont countered: “Forgive me if I focus on survivors in this debate. We should centre the experience of survivors and ask what is right for traumatised women. … These are women who are traumatised and have asked through the years that things should change.” The Forensic Medical Services (Victims of Sexual Offences) (Scotland) Bill, which had strong cross-party support, passed into law by a 113-to-nine vote, with one abstention. The law also mandates health boards to provide forensic medical services to victims of sexual offences, and allows victims over the age of 16 to seek a medical examination without having to involve police.

In a statement, For Women Scotland commended the law as providing “for improved services and much needed support and reassurance for survivors of sexual violence.” Many women applauded the law, sharing experiences of trauma at being medically treated by men following rape, or the physical pain of larger-sized male hands entering their bodies during pregnancy exams.

Trans Activists React

Prominent transgender activists on Twitter responded with fury and despair. Transgender tweeters and their allies are circulating a letter that condemns the amendment as “a ‘dogwhistle’ – a covert signal to anti-trans campaigners” and “transphobic rhetoric” that “is driving the next generation of activists out of the Party and out of the movement.”

Mridul Wadhwa, a male transgender activist who self-identifies as a woman, is one of many who has shared the letter, which he referred to as not “just a call out but a call for action.” Mr Wadhwa, who has no Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC), was recently selected as an SNP candidate for next year’s all-women election shortlist. The practice of all-women lists was started to guarantee women a voice in politics, but recent years have seen a rise in men taking seats once set aside for women. Mr Wadhwa secured the position of manager at Forth Valley and Stirling Rape Crisis Centre by concealing his biological sex.

Just come to my house and kill me – it’s quicker and you can get off,” a trans activist melodramatized after claiming to be “in tears, shaking over the new law.” Urban farmer and trans activist Jo Edwards said of the amendment: “Hard to be anything but utterly disgusted and depressed by the sheer hate people have inside them. They have truly given up any good part of who they were with it.” “This action tonight has cost @theSNP my membership,” tweeter Jack Deeth announced. He later revealed he would be donating to Rape Crisis Scotland, a charity that had upset many rape survivors by challenging the proposal to amend the Bill’s wording from “gender” to “sex.”

Scottish actor and trans activist David Paisley insisted that men who self-identify as women retain the right under the new law to perform medical examinations on rape victims who request a female team: “A GRC changes the legal sex of a trans person so it aligns with their gender.” Resisters United expressed bewilderment at transgender advocates’ reaction: “I kid you not – they are kicking off about not being able to examine rape victims. Twitter is full of screaming angry tweets about ‘their rights.’ Some are declaring not being able to examine a rape victim makes them ‘feel unsafe.’ How entitled can they get? Isn’t this the most clear woman hate?!”

Was listening last night to a podcast hosted by Andrew Doyle, the mastermind behind the satirical Twitter account Titania McGrath, and he had infamous gender critical feminist Julie Bindel as a guest. I disagreed with a lot of what Bindel had to say about her views - I don’t believe you need to buy into all this “patriarchy” and “male privilege” gobbledygook to question the whole trans movement, but it did give me some idea as to why the woke crowd place (biologically male) troons at the top of the progressive stack (or at least near the top, as right now blacks seem to have claimed that position). Both the pro- and anti- trans sides of this whole identity obsessed movement view “male privilege” as a serious issue, and MTF trannies are put on such a high pedestal by their enablers because they forfeited their cis male privilege to live as their “true selves”, the noblest of sacrifices in the eyes of the wokesters. Though it begs the question as to why “trans racial” hasn’t caught on and white people can’t just identify out of being white, they see race as an immutable characteristic but gender can be fluid. It’s an odd double standard.

Either way it was an interesting podcast for sure, and refreshing to hear two people who disagree in a lot of areas find some common ground.

I cannot even imagine what would make them think being a woman and transitioning to a man is a good idea. Men get no sympathy anywhere, from anyone and are largely expected to be entirely self sufficient.

Now, lets say you become 'passing', which is much easier for FtM than it is for MtF. Suddenly the world takes off it's kid gloves and no longer gives a shit about your feelings or problems. And ON TOP OF THAT you're a man without a penis. That would be completely unlivable under any circumstances and it seems like a one way instant ticket to an-hero. It's baffling to me.

Depending on how some of then may have been treated growing up I can understand why theyd want to be men. In certain cultures its a million times better to be a fake man without a penis than a woman. Look up bacha posh for example. Everyone knows they are girls but they are still treated better than daughters. "Better to have a pretend son than no son".
I just dont think this trans crap is the solution and being a "gay trans dude" is just disfiguring yourself for some closetted faggot's fetish. It's just predatory ppl, either politicians or mtf troons preying on confused women.

One reason that I've seen is that they are either lesbians or are into gay men (which is a stupid reason to dysfigure your body obvs) or they have had it so bad growing up they still think mutilating themselves if better than being women.
Tbh it's usually a mix of both from what I have seen with BPD, ASD or bipolar thrown in so you can't really expect their decisions to make a lot of sense.
What is interesting is how often you find creepy gay dudes or mtf troons pulling the strings of these strong independent women/fake men. Even when everyone is pretending to be the opposite sex the dynamic remains.

I've noticed there are two schools of thought on the whole "forcing people" thing. You have the school of thought epitomized by the likes of Blair White that the goal of any trans person should be to naturally slot into the preferred gender and make any arguments about bathrooms and so on meaningless.

Then you have the Yaniv school, and well...

It's also complicated by the fact that there are some people who will never, ever pass. Like the Wachowski Brothers...I mean sisters. Then you get legitimately mentally ill people who are just doing it as a cry for attention.
