I got a few.

A Fire Emblem game with more worldbuilding and flavor text, the latter of which is optional, of course. Frankly I don’t think Three Houses went hard enough in this regard.

A Pokémon game whose map is more faithful to whatever real life location it’s based on, so less of an Epcot setting like Kalos and Galar and more of a Johto and Hoenn kind of deal.

Octopath Traveler but like... better paced and character interactions aren’t limited to optional travel banter. Force the player to recruit everyone in order to progress the plot if you need to, it doesn’t mean the game can’t have eight different starting points.

A Simpsons Hit & Run remaster in some official capacity. Some big dev channel on YouTube basically remade the the first level in a week and it got the attention from the original game’s lead designer, and I want more, dammit.

Apologies if this has already been posted, but Sid Meier's Pirates! remastered would be awesome. Maybe dive a bit more into unique crew/ship abilities, nationalities, and flesh out the quests beyond just "find map, fight battle, get additional map that leads you to the good shit."
Pirates is such a fun game, and I love being able to completely destroy a colonial empire on a whim (get fucked, Anglo menace) but I would love a version that didn't feel as formulaic and maybe dove into role-playing a bit more.

A gacha game where instead of waifus you get minis that you'd have to customize and even convert then battle other players with like different modes for Historical/Sci Fi/or Fantasy but the single player is a randomized campaign based off your minis.

Probably already been suggested but I would love a city builder along the line of Cities Skylines but with multiplayer and on a much larger map, players would each build their own cities expanding and building military forces with their industrial output, as they came into resource conflict RTS style battles could break out and cities would be destructible, make it a modern setting with lots of defensive options, would also include the 1st person mode that was added to skylines (satisfying to walk around the city you build) but include combat. Probably impossible to execute this concept correctly as its too much going on at once, but I love both city building and RTS games like COH and think it would be a fun combo if done with enough depth.

You know that Avatar game ubisoft announced? I'm not a fan of the franchise (who is, lmao) and the game is probably gonna be shit, But a RTS set in the Avatar universe would be cool. The human/RDA side would play somewhat like Command & Conquer with an emphasis on attack vehicles, energy management and mining unobtainium, while the Na'vi side would be more micromanagement heavy and AoE-like, sabotaging enemy buildings and vehicles, creating trees and plants which work as structures and training creatures as combat units.
Considering how in the movie the aliens have lots of retarded big creatures like Banshees which are somehow capable of contending with fucking futuristic marines with huge helicopters and mechs, i'm pretty sure it would be balanced.

Metroid Prime x Doom Eternal. Grappling, multidirectional dodging, fast movement, swap flame belch with a missile launcher and you’re golden. Just let me glory kill Ridley, dammit.

It's not nearly as OTT as Doom Eternal but it is a gory take on Metroid Prime. Even better, it predates Metroid Prime by several years.

Might have said this before but where the hell are all the Jurassic Park games? Since Trespasser in 1998 there's not been a single 3D action game set in the Jurassic Park universe, just park builders and a point and click esque adventure game.

Like that is completely crazy to me, like that's such an obviously cool idea.

Perhaps something mixing Crusader Kings 3 and the Total War series where I could zoom down seamlessly to the level of town and village, where I can see the interior of my palace or shack at the game start. The Guild series has elements of that but 3 got rid of interiors.

Commie Catcher?

A 3D game in a based future where Commies are caught and punished. I suppose it would be both business sim and adventure game with elements of the shooter.

A Witcher Game about the Grandmasters of their schools. So some 200 years before Geralt. With more of an emphasis on monster hunting, the dicotomy of the original Witcher school, and the rise of anti-Witcher attitudes. Sadly, because all the grandmasters are cis white heterosexual males, that dream will probably never come true now.

A turn based tactics game with autoplay, sandbox features, and really sophisticated AI. Like XCom only you're sending squads into battle, sometimes they do weird stuff based on personality traits or relationships (for example some might YOLO and others might be cowards, some might sacrifice themselves for those they like or try to get others they hate killed). Seems like a fun social game but probably a few decades away.
