GamerGate - Autistic MRA manchildren and the twitter feminists who love them

The doxing of /gghq/ main guy Acid Man is really going nuts. Rather than link to any particular thread, /baphomet/ has the main doxing thread (which will usually be at the top), /gghq/ and /ggrevolt/ have low quality threads mainly full of fucking LOLCOWS, and /b/ usually has a thread. Actually pretty much every major board on the site has one at this point.

/gghq/ is on near total lockdown and /ggrevolt/ is gloating in the belief that /baphomet/ is their personal army.

The short of it is the /gghq/ guy appears to be a real cow, a fat former gun show manager who is a massive weeb, an operatorchan regular who routinely posts bomb making instructions and the like based on Hezbollah training videos, and a forced feminization fetishist like Arthur Chu. So it's pretty much inevitable he'll be doxed further, probably swatted, and even possibly v&, as he has repeatedly boasted of owning illegal firearms and other weapons.

As with much stuff, this could be bullshit (actually is bullshit even if true), but a shitstorm be a brewin.

The best part is that the initial complaints of Gamergate were solved fairly quickly, they wrote to the sponsors of various magazines and got ethics codes put in place. Obviously this is all posturing because the media will always be unethical, but that's they're initial goal solved. Everything after it is pointless bickering and all the moderates went home or enjoyed their newfound fame to talk about other things.

The rest are extremist nutcases who fight amongst themselves and call everyone cucks.

The most absurd part of all of this is the idea that video games, which are by their very nature escapist entertainment, have any real bearing on legitimate social justice issues in the real world. Both sides of this debate are essentially taking Chris-Chan tactics and beating each other on Smash Bros, then claiming a victory in real life.
 
I miss Homer and Wulfgar. Gamergate is no fun anymore when they're not here, everyone's just an unfunny faggt and too afraid to give their honest opinions. :(

Video games are not serious business. An SJW relying on hipster welfare with these dudes trying to take it away from her is too dumb for me to care about.

We already know both sides want outrage for the sake of outrage.
