I got depressed when I heard some fans told him that "he should have died instead of Ryan Davis". Whatever his politics and believes are, it was clear the passing of his dad and Ryan affected him.

I think he could have been a better writer and critic than what he currently is. I'm afraid Austin Walker goes to the same path, which is a shame as he is also a intelligent person but keeps mixing up politics BS like Patrick did.

What makes the whole GG thing tiresome to me is the hypocrisy on both sides. They both decry each-other as shitheads when they themselves do some shitflinging. its become too much of a black and white issue they seem to forget that the other side isnt some single entity but people aswell. Both sides are equally as SJW as the other, i'm sorry Jaimas but to me thats pretty much the truth.

Oh, I don't disagree at all, but if you have to devolve into autistic rage over something, being pissed about assholes white knighting a pedophile defender is one of the better reasons to sperg if you absolutely must sperg, though the manner it's being conducted in is still eight different shades of idiotic.

Just to be clear, the Patrick stuff I wrote about is pre-GG. Thought is hard to blame him to dismiss GG as that was the kind of fan that was most commonly associated when the whole shitstorm started.

It was when the people started to ask for sanity at both sides when the SJW "take a side or get fucked" rethoric started.

There was plenty of that on both sides. What these stupid motherfuckers don't get is that if you get an ultimatum from some nasty little shithead demanding you take a side or else, most people are going to pick the other side, if they take a side at all, just to piss off the nasty little shithead.
 
I wonder if locking other threads would cause an explosion of craziness from that thread's topic.
