Hey, we really need sources for a lot of this stuff. Just saying, I took a peek at one of the Gamer Gate threads on Fark and it's noting but "GamerGate is a bunch of sonic playing faggots who hate woman, Zoe Quinn is innocent".
So, is there any conclusive proof that could change someone's opinions on who's right and wrong is what I'm asking.

Check some of the stickied threads off of /gg/ on 8chan, namely https://8chan.co/gg/res/211824.html
It goes into the details about how gamergate essentially came to be and current going ons, but an opposer will argue that there isnt anything that solidifies a "right" side and a "wrong" side, mainly because the majority of the discussions are over the internet and all the articles already out there. As someone already pointed out, theres anominity talking online to an extent that makes its much easier to collect/quanitfy/manipulate/whatever what people have said to push a certain stance, especially when you have outsiders who like fucking with the situation (like SA has been accused of). But what's been provided so far as far as actual evidence, gamergate has a pretty solid ground for their claims. But, it comes down to taking the time to read through all the archives.

That depends on what kind of proof you are looking for.

ZQ is innocent of DDoSing TFYC's site, she just brought them attention and they couldn't handle the bandwidth.

ZQ may or may not have stabbed a man to death. That is a rumor started by Z herself and passed on by an old friend of hers.

It is very likely that ZQ started the threads on Wizardchan herself.
Exhibit #1: The image of Z uploaded to Wizardchan was titled "my_picture.jpg."
Exhibit #2: Fredrick Brennan aka Hotwheels said in an interview for Know Your Meme that the poster's IP was traced to Zoe.
I was friends with the subsequent admin of Wizardchan, Glaive, who was in charge during the Zoë drama. The way it was described in the media is not the way that it happened at all. Many Wizardchan users are very depressed and have trouble even ordering pizza over the telephone, muchless calling someone they don’t know and making threats. The threatening posts made on Wizardchan were made by Zoë herself for attention and by trolls from other websites, as was confirmed by IP checks. Some media outlets recanted their story, but by then the damage was already done.

ZQ may have doxxed herself, because the initial dox were fake.

Nathan Grayson didn't write a review of Depression Quest, and he didn't enter a physical relationship with Z until after mentioning her / her game in his article. However, the two were friends as early as February 2013, and Nathan helped her make the game.

Edit: I forgot. This lady is nice.

 
This article from a based neutral non-batshit SJW has a lot of the information on the false-flags, including Anita Sarkeesian's threatener being from Brazil (and being outed by GG supporters), SA's FYAD and ED's GNAA actively trying to worsen things for both sides, and so on. Seriously, give it a read. It very nicely surmises a lot of the attacks against us by provocateurs.

This infamous Ralph Retort article showed that the Guardian had its mind made up on the GG issue long before anyone in the mainstream press was talking about it.

This article shows that the now-infamous GameJourosPro email list was directly involved with firing and blacklisting someone. It also implicates Jim Sterling as knowing about this coming for some time, which genuinely explains a fucking lot.

I'll post some more when I'm not getting chain-called by work calls.

EDIT: welp, it looks like I was wrong. That's what I get for not knowing anything about JonTron or how he tweets. (although sarcasm is not detected as well when it's on any kind of post, tweet, or Facebook status)

This thread is so damn long I can't read back to see if it was mentioned yet, but did anyone listen to On Point on NPR talking about it on 10/23?
It sounds like one of the guests was trying to point out feminism isn't the point and it seemed the other guests led Tom to believe that it's the Gamers on the wrong.

I was pretty upset when they said that when the posts about how gamers were dead was more to prove that gaming is widespread and not a niche anymore and was misunderstood by all gamers. I dont buy it.
