He's one of those egomaniacs who favourites any fanart of himself he can find. Most of them were your average DA crap but there were a few standout horrible ones.

I thought GG was kinda cool at first, but when he started talking about giant jiggling, earthquake inducing boobs being normal and how he got entrenched in dating sims, I kinda started getting creeped out.

But seriously, this shouldn't surprise anyone. This is old news going back to the dawn of YouTube back in 2006. This is just a typical basement dwelling weeaboo who creates content that intrigues other basement dwelling weeaboos as well as impressionable children who end up getting corrupted by their content and become basement dwelling weeaboos later in life.

99% of the time these people are obsessed with video games, obsessed with anime, are closet furries who jerk off to anthropomorphic creatures and have very little to no social interaction with other human beings and suffered at the hands of bullying throughout their school life, which has made them a social outcast that actively deviates from the norm and developed their mindsets into becoming extremely defensive to any form of critcism.

What happens is once these people try to/end up becoming popular on the internet and they find a large group of likeminded fellow idiots who agree and condone their various types of autism, suddenly that person develops an ego and sense of empowerment that they never had before in their life, and suddenly that voice in their head saying "talking about Mario being faster than Sonic is probably a pretty autistic topic" or "it's probably a bad idea to create a list of my little ponies i want to have sex with" suddenly goes away, because that person now is an environment where he thinks this is all okay. That's when they get the impression that everyone in the world is dying to know their supreme and holy opinions about various autistic topics.

And that is in short why Goomba got back as well as all of this exists

My only grip with the dude is how misinformed he can be sometimes. In the video Gajin Goombah (with a "H" so Nintendo doesn't sue him) claims the reason for the low Japanese birth rate is due to the men there being too meak and the women there being too bossy (this gives HUGE insight with the type of people he hung out with, doesn't it?).

The real reason for the low birth is because: Japan becomes more progressive as the years pass on = more equal oppurtunities = more women find education/jobs = everyone is too busy = no babies.

2) Gaijin Goomba has always been a second-tier opening act for Mat Pat's bullshit Game Theory which Tumblrinas and redditors just adore because he hides behind a cartoon character. Gaijin is a tryhard who wins acclaim for over-researching video games, same as MatPat, same as Bob Chipman, same as anyone who actually gives a flying fuck about whether or not Assassin's Creed is scientifically accurate or discovering the SUPAH SECRET STOREE behind Five Nights at Freddy's.

3) Does that make him a lolcow? No, but it does make Gaijin and MatPat ineffectual and goddamn waste of time for people who enjoy to pad their fandom (see Channel Awesome) with pointless discussion that ultimately amounts to nothing other than some fuckwit with a camera helping you justify why you like a certain video game or anime or whatever.

I actually watched all the way through his "Goomba Got Back" video. I now know what mental deterioration feels like.

But does he consistently do enough funny shit to be classified as a lolcow? Off the top of my head, the only downright dumb things he did was the Goomba Got Back video, getting married as Mario, and getting owned on twitter by some video game developer. Funny, but not enough to be worthy of lolcow status. Is there anything else that he's done?
