I'd assume because its easier to steal a license plate from a car parked at a flea bag hotel, just show up with a screwdriver when no ones watching, pop the plate off and run for it. Breaking into Chris's actual home requires timing, effort and the hope that none of the neighbors call the cops on you. Just wait until the house gets cleared out then it will be a field day as people dig through the dumpsters to find any Chris memorabilia they can find.

Theres probably thousands of weens who would love to be known as the "master thief" who broke into Chris's house and robbed it of piles of children's toys and DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS. The jail sentence would be worth getting their own page on the CWCki.
 
Since chris was so worried about his stuff,couldn't he just have his lawyer hire someone to move his junk into storage for him? As for the house, the bank will probably clear everything out auction it for whatever they can get and some flipper will buy it thinking it will be an easy turnaround, then will discover what a mistake they made when Realtors start quitting because of all the weirdos who show up at open house & want to tour the place,and is told the legend of chris chan & the story of the house.

Often enough, places in shit condition that are foreclosed on are sold off as-is and then cleaned out and renovated as cheaply as possible by house flippers. There are services that exist for cleaning out hoards and unsanitary conditions, like the crews they hire on the Hoarders show. This is what I consider the likeliest thing to happen once Barb can't make the payments and Chris is no longer allowed to live there.

Chris will soon have his tugboat suspended so what'd be the point in wasting time, money and effort of moving his junk into a storage unit that he wouldn't be able to afford?

It'd probally be better just letting things take it course naturally since while it'd benefit Chris to either try and get it sold or give the valuable or sentimental items to someone to hold onto he's far too autistic to act reasonably or be thankful to anyone trying to help him.

No, but I will be shocked if none of the toys are pillaged and sold on eBay.

If the house is auctioned off, I wonder if they will auction off the toys as well, or just trash them (given that there's no telling what they've been contaminated with in that shithole).

Really, when you get down to it the best thing that could have happened to Chris was for Barb to die first.

"THE BOOK" aka the big book of Sonichu where Chris keeps all of the official records (including his copywrite and original CD cover) should probably be 'saved'. It is one of the most important objects in existence to Chris. It is the source of all his strength and power.

I'm not gonna lie but I think making an exact recreation of Chris's old room would be really neat without the musky smell of jizz and rotten food permeating everywhere.

What if Chris’s genome somehow contains a cure for autism? I would find it a very CWCish ending.

IQ and other psychometric tests were done at 5, 10, 15 and (with 4 survivors) after 20 Years. The similarities and relatively few differences between the 6 CWCs are discussed.

Ha this was my exact thought when I was thinking about the house.

I’m sure we’re gonna get a Lé Edgy redditor walk up right to the house and take photos but then go home defeated when they realize they can’t fit though the window or climb the 3 steps to the front door.

If anyone from Reddit is smart enough to get through the captcha and focus enough brain power to read this thread without a binary upvote system and sentences that use more than two paragraphs….
