Future of the House

About year ago I attempted to find blueprints of the house via the general contractor including the possible original owner of 14BC. Here is the email correspondence that I got:

I used a different house that was built around the same time as 14BC and looked similar i.e. same builder. Apparently there was a records fire in 1979 which destroyed a lot of data including the stuff I was after. I did find the original owner of 14BC which was a E. Cyrus. If anyone else wants to resume the search for the actual blueprints be my guest. It was pretty much a dead end.

Besides, anyone who wants to do that would either buy a property closer to Charlottesville or just build on an empty piece of land. There's plenty of that around Ruckersville.

The house isn't nice inside, but other than the carpets needing replaced and other cosmetic repairs it's still structurally sound. It'd take less than 50k to make it liveable again for a non-Chandler human. Simply removing all of Barb's shit and replacing the carpets would get you most of the way there.

Why do we want to make it livable for a non-Chandler human when we can have the Motherfucker Museum?
 
Are they tossing stuff every week though? I skimmed the subreddit and didn't see any new pics of 14BC. Barb's also poor and cheap, if she (or her helpers, whatever) are emptying out Chris' share of the hoard, they don't have much reason to not go bit by bit. Dumpsters cost money.
 
If the family knows the bank is going to take the house no matter what, they aren't going to be motivated to clean it up. They just make the outsides tidy so the neighbors don't complain and root through the piles at their leisure for stuff they might be able to use themselves. The trash might just be stuff they are moving out to clear pathways.
 
A brief report: happened to be driving through the area on Sunday, and stopped at Ruckersville for lunch and to see the house. Took a couple pics, but they look like all the pics taken from a car. Time was about 1 pm. No car or sign of life. Yard was mown. Whatever that plastic house-like thing is (next to the actual house) still appeared to be full of stuff. Saw what appeared to be a couple cats at the back porch, but it's a shaded area so it could be ceramic statues? They were just dark silhouettes. There is a decorative door cover on the inner front door- a cardinal on a blue background.
Also, I'm going to say the neighbors across the street are DEFINITELY not the people helping with the yard- at least judging by the fact I don't think they've mowed at all this spring. Probably too lazy to pick up the toys out in the grass.
Caught a Gligar in Pokemon Go. House still tagged Sonichu in Google Maps.
I'll post the pic if you guys are interested in a recent photo.

Could be a mouse that it's bringing to its babies. Can any of our resident ornithologists identify the species? It is highly important we document the random bird seen flying across a tard yard.

The internet was a lot more fun and creative back then, it's a shame how it became so locked down.
 
Did their yellowish-white lawn chairs get moved a different part of the house or did they completely remove those chairs?

And tell me how many cats you found.

Did Barb wave at you from the window?
