One of the good things going for 14 Branchland is that it was partially rebuilt and the interior redone. The Chandlers also seem like the type that if the hot water went out, or the heat, they'd call for someone to come fix it, so it's not so bad since the utilities have been working.Okay- let's assume the house gets a foreclosure and the bank tries to sell it off to prospective homebuyers:
Would you want anything to do with this property?
Aside from arguably being the most doxed place in the entire solar system- there's the infestations of pests and other health concerns thanks to the hoard which means it is very likely to be condemned regardless, and if not it might even cost more to renovate than the original listing price. I also can't imagine Ruckersville Virginia being a very highly-esteemed place for prospective homeowners to want to start a family, much like West Memphis, Arkansas. A plot of land for homesteading in many places out west like Texas or Utah would be infinitely cheaper and often times would give homeowners more legal protections.
Gutting the place and any carpet, putting in new carpet, paint, etc... plus all the outside work would make it into a nice house. That community he lives in is very neighborly; the times I drove past, the entire neighborhood had kids running around and people out talking to each other.
The fire cleansed the initial Chandler malaise from the decades they lived there, so that's a plus.
I think that was Chris dragging her to the last election and voting for Lisa Simpson. I seem to recall he dragged Barb to the polls in 2016 and said they voted for Hillary.Southern democrats aren’t always socially progressive. I thought I read on the wiki that she was a dem, but now I can’t find it.
