I'll give the quick story since admittedly I'm not privy to all the details myself.

Back around the time of the house fire, where the Chandlers got moved to the temp house, there was a user here by the name of Skyraider91. The fire happened in January 2014. Around June of that year was when ex-user Skyraider91 (since renamed "garbageraider" for hopefully now obvious reasons) began posting the Manchester High Leaks, giving us a direct look into what went down with Chris during his vaunted 'golden years'. These documents were buried so deeply that they survived a housefire and getting soaked with hosewater.

The following November was when it was revealed these leaks happened because of Skyraider (and possibly others) literally shifting through the Chandler's stuff.

What was really going on was Bob was paying the gal pals to be nice to Chris. The school also basically pretended Chris wasn't a completely useless idiotic deformed tard. They gave him passing grades he didn't deserve at all for many of his gibberish, insane, nonsensical tard ramblings on his homework.

It is ironic because Chris believes there was a conspiracy to hinder him. However, the only conspiracy that ever existed was to create an ersatz pedagogical environment wherein Chris was spoiled beyond belief, and given passing grades, which he didn't deserve at all for the horribly written drivel nonsense he vomited out.

Oh god yes! I've seen his "school work" and honestly calling it drivel is an insult to drivel.
 
If anyone else tries to live in that house the horde will devour them, there only remains will be bloodstained clothes found at the bottom of a binbag.
 
No doubt in my mind the property is going to be condemned due to the health risks and pest infestation. Ruckersville also probably don't want their own little "Ed Gein" house of horrors attracting lowlife tourists- especially since the police department probably wants to make an example of Chris when it comes to the prosecution after years of bullshit and tom-fuckery. Chris has an astronomical amount of debt still in his name, if I'm not mistaken- does anybody know if the meager wages he can get from prison work can be garnished from debt collectors? Virginia, from what I understand, is a state that is very- very tough on crime.
 
Somebody on Twitter (a ween) took it upon themselves to visit 14, Branchland Court. Judging by the photos, the neighbors have seemingly been helping Barb out with the maintenance as the lawn/weeds looks cut. I've attached the link to the first tweet down below, though the account's weird as fuck. Half the tweets are dedicated to Chris.

Neighbors are doing what Chris never did: help out with the house. Unsurprisingly, that stuff he told Kacey about pulling weeds was just BS.
 
What will happen to the ghosts of Patti and adolescent Chris? Will they follow Chris or simply haunt future inhabitants of 14 BC? I'm guessing their souls are trapped there for all eternity and whoever lives there after the Chandlers will have to deal with the ghosts whenever they go out to the yard at night.

Pretty funny that Chris' idea of 'hard work' consisted of pulling weeds and helping out round the house. Barb's quality of life, as shit as it currently is, has at least improved with the help of his neighbors. If they're willing to do that much work around their garden, then I'm sure they're taking good care of her.

Also, notice how the house is dramatically less trashy now that Chris has gone?

This speaks volumes about how the neighbors see the residents of that house - specifically Chris. Namely, they're perfectly willing to help the place look nice if it's just Barb, but if Chris is around then they just steer clear of the place.

Like, the entire neighborhood might end up getting pulled in to petition banning Chris from returning simply because he's that much of a problem.

I doubt his neighbors will ever want him back. For the worse, he's put their town on the map. Can't imagine they were best happy when the allegations of incest first broke out and they were left to look after their pets, so they'd probably prefer to go without the hassle of Chris and his manchild-like antics.

I assume that Barb is genuinely in a vulnerable state, though, and wasn't getting any help/support at all from Chris when he was there. God knows how long she had been in her current state.

There's like this planetary alignment of a perfect storm that resulted in Chris's ego being as big as it is. It's live every aspect of his life has had some sort of guiding hand that has prevented him from being exposed to even the slightest bit of challenge.

This stuff didn't start until Chris was physically removed from the property. Since that happened, the neighbors have been pitching in and making the house a little bit nicer than it was. I wonder if they had before, and Chris just shooed them away or otherwise was unapproachable.
