That's a good point, I might be overestimating the toll the hoard is having on the house, but it will take some significant work and money to get the house in a sellable condition.
To be fair to people that are saying the situation inside the house could be absolutely diabolical, we haven't seen many images inside the house for a few good years now (barring appearances in Chris's monologues he uploads) and obviously the hoarding situation could have just gotten worse, mold problems don't go away that easily, Chris started to literally tear and break down pieces of the house apart, and the general safety of all the utilities and appliances in the house could be a bit shakey.

However if Barb seems to be doing okay (I use that term very lightly) whilst Chris is being locked up, then the house is probably not a ticking time bomb, also if it does have a termite problem, I'm sure we would have heard of it by now, it probably just needs a deep clean, jusr a fill up of all the holes and damages in the walls, a new coat of paint and then it can be sold to some old/young couple whatever that don't mind living in hicksville.

Gunt helps Chris pay for the house just to spite Null.
10 years ago if you told me some fat retarded alcoholic ex con would pay for some ugly worthless fat fucks house to spite an autistic owner of a site over a corn joke instead of paying child support for his demon semen baby I'd think you were pulling my leg. But we live in clown world.

We've always lived in a clown-eat-clown world.

While Barb may be back in 14BC, There's no way she's gonna be there for long, something's gonna take her out of the house; and it'll either be Death or being sent to a Retirement Community.
Nah. She was grifting all along, Playing up to the camera for donations. Once she got taken in to be checked out, and faced being shipped off to a home, she will have suddenly become lucid rather quickly.

I don't know, the last ween who visited talked to her and she seemed a little out of it. Maybe she's playing it up but at this point, I doubt a totally lucid Barb would have let Chris to what he did for so long without going to the police or anything similar.

“Totally lucid,” no. But there’s a big gap between “Totally lucid” and “Needs to be in a home.”

Yeah I've seen and fixed up houses in much worse condition than 14BLC is in, like it's not in perfect shape but unless there's something genuinely surprising hidden somewhere it's probably fine. Some work, basic repairs and the bank will sell it. If there was a massive fuck off hole in the roof pissing rain down into one of the rooms Chris would've sperged about it.

I haven't read this whole thread. But does Chris' tugboat go to paying the mortgage? If that's the case, does that mean Barb could loose the house because no tugboat for Chris while in jail?

Unless she did consent, but at that point she should be put in prison too.
That’s the catch-22 factor again: if Barb consented to Chris fucking her, then she’s of diminished capacity and it’s rape(I know Barbs a weird old slut herself, but nobody of sound mind wants an erratic, wall punching Chris fucking around with their decrepit genitals every 3 days).

If Barb IS perfectly lucid and didn’t consent(which even Chris implies himself) then it’s rape.

If Barb is lucid AND consented because she’s a weird old cockhound, then she’s also lucid and crafty enough to know she better throw his ass under the bus and keep her head down or else catch her own set of charges while also loosing any hint of victim sympathy. Further motivated by the fact Chris has spent nearly two months in jail over it and the only thing worse than spending your 80th birthday alone is spending it in jail.

According to the CWCki, Barb would take about $900 of Chris's monthly $1300 tugboat towards the second mortgage on the house. I don't know offhand how much Barb gets in social security / pension. I'm guessing she could still pay the mortgage on her own if she cuts down on her other shopping. It's been said in this forum that Barb would go after the rest of Chris's money for her shopping, which is why Chris HAD to spend it before Barb got to it, but I''m unsure if that is really true.

This is about the only thing I’ll defend Barb on. Chris gets a house that he’s taken most of the prime rooms over in, a vehicle(after killing all of his with poor maintenance), utilities, etc. That’s life. You don’t get to keep all your money. Also people talk a lot about Barb being a shopping addict, and the hoard certainly proves that, but there’s waaaay more evidence supporting that Chris is the real problem spender for the last 5 years. Always flashing his expensive purchases, getting hustled out of a large sum of money by the idea fags, literally caught shifting money out of her account into his.. Barb may actually do better without Chris constantly fucking with the finances chasing whims of instant gratification.

There's a video, I forgot what it was called, but in it, Chris mumbles in front of the camera that Barb said to him that it's his fault they have no money.

Glad that someone cared enough to call about the animals. They should never have pets of any kind and they already had dead ones often. Chris is not exactly a good caretaker, not with himself, not with other living beings. Animals are loving and loyal even to the cruelest owners but Chris' animals hated his presence. At this point, I don't put it past him to have abused them in some way, most likely sexually.

I have no proof but I have no doubts.

Neglecting the needs of your pets is more then enough to consider that abuse, and we know all to well that Chris has done far worse then just neglecting them...

Chris outright panicking for his belongings is pure autism, sure, but there are quite a few people who would be concerned for the state of their things had they been in the same situation.
The only thing better than having stuff is consooming new stuff

I'm relatively certain that whomever took the video is a Virginia local. The original channel this was posted to had a number of other videos they'd taken at different musical acts in the state.
Maybe they wanted to get some tips on advanced hoarding?
