Today's LGBT shit has like fifty terms for any given concept, it's needlessly confusing by design. Demisexual, pansexual, bisexual, omnisexual are all functionally redundant terms in their common usage. But if they have multiple terms for each "set" of attractions its easier to fake outrage when you use the "incorrect" one in whatever context you are interacting with them in, either for clout or to "win" arguments.

Demisexual. Pansexual is when you can find an attraction to the pan regardless of brand.

I have to wonder if this specific niche of net art will be the first to be truly killed off by AI generation. I don't think I've come across a single one of these abominations that someone with a bare understanding of stable diffusion couldn't shit out a better version of. It'll be sad to see the last turbo autists stop making this stuff by hand in a few years, but I can see it happening.

EDIT: TL;DR you're realizing that pansexual is bullshit and was the result of children who didn't know anything about bisexuality while trying to make themselves snowflakes. The rest is autistic history sperging on the modern leftist movement and troons appropriating leftist movements.

Pansexual is a stupidly new concept. It's truly useless. Originating during tumblr days and invented by snowflakes who didn't understand what bisexuality was because they were under socialized autistic children. As it was created by literally children clinging to the LGBT movement (the Q wasn't even added yet) who had no understanding of the independent subcultures and groups of the movement and decided they didn't like a word because of the etymology of it while not understanding it's meaning. It was later coopted by others who wanted to argue that bisexuals were bigoted by implying there was a gender binary. This was around the time we started seeing the concept of trans genders being independent of traditional genders in that the goal wasn't to be a woman but to be better than a woman first popping up. It's also around this time where terms for nonbinary and agender started popping up (though they appeared as a concept in research well before this point in psychology and sociology even if they didn't use the modern terms), as well as all the other weird neo-genders and neo-sexualities (which have no sociological or psychological research basis outside personal identification and modern day research that attempt to reclassify everything to justify the agenda) and they went to war with the bisexuals and tried to convince everyone to use new verbiage. If you didn't you were transphobic. It was part of a move to try to take control of the movement and shrink the size of the largest demographic in the original LGBT movement while rebranding it to LGBTQ and later LGBTQ+. Like how troons attacked and took control of the feminist movement by making TERF a generic word for anyone who they didn't like and equated it to the most severe forms of bigotry, when originally it meant "Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist" and referred to feminists who didn't include transwomen in the struggle for women's rights and who were otherwise quite radical. This came from a time when feminists were proudly labeling themselves as "radical feminists" right at the peak of the thirdwave. All these things happened close together, fairly recently, and are connected to the Troons taking over every modern rights movement resulting in the modern leftist.

Back to the difference between pansexual and bisexuals. Bisexuals tried to push back, realized that the children were being retarded children because none of the people saying and identifying as this shit were old enough to drive yet, and so decided to let the fad pass and ignore the retarded children because Tumblr, and later Twitter, isn't the real world.

For the most part the fad is passing as zoomers and late millenials grow up a lot of the neo-genders and neo-sexualities are disappearing. Only agender and non-binary are surviving the attrition and both are very rare, with non-binary also dying out as the Troons do the grooming thing and love bomb and attempt to pull people into their misery cult. The question is if gen alpha will pick up what their elders are abandoning.

I 100% agree. AI-generated art is all samey and utterly lacks the autism charm and humor of weirdo-generated art. FWIW, I feel the same about all the meme/lolcow AI art: if I never see another AI pigman Tomlinson again, it will be too soon.

I wonder if the next generation of furry/waifu artists will just not show up. I assume porn artists are only driven to get as good as they need to be to get themselves off and then stagnate (clearly, Shmorky would have been the next Michelangelo had he avoided jerkin' to Klurfs). If you can generate instant porn that would takes years of practice to do by hand, why bother learn? There will still be some artists, but the market will crater on both the demand side (as artists have already been lamenting about) and on the supply side. I'm slightly optimistic this will all eventually lead to a greater focus on non-pornographic art among the few remaining artists and possibly a renewed interest in physical media. Plus an endless number of grifters selling interchangeable AI adoptables to fools forever and ever.

Yeah, I've followed her on and off since she got into gay deviantart drama. She's gotten immeasurably worse since the ED article as well, going as far as to defend Kero the Wolf and join actual pedozoo circles.
