To be fair to the rookies, imagine driving a 1000hp car without traction control on the rain on a circuit that the asphalt looks like it had soap sprinkled on top, in the rain.

Seriously, a backmarker running into a tractor because the race was run when it was nearly dark - even BEFORE the rain was taken into account - shouldn't rule how we run races.

Yeah I was just about to post that about the intervals. It HAS to be some kind of malfunction. No way they would go back to once a lap. Must be a failure or issue. Agree on the ! graphic. Be good if they also show penalty if awarded, like "10s" or something on the side.
