I mean it makes sense. After the race it turned out there were multiple cars went over track limits at turn 6. The FIA investigated and said "welp the camera was badly placed so we don't know" and left it at that.
If Haas now has enough evidence to have it reviewed then it should be for fairness, people get penalties for it everywhere else for it, turn 6 is definitely a place you csn gain time, and a 5 second for Albon would swing 2 points (and potentially a lot of WCC money) Haas' way so they'd be silly not to try.
