I think his status as this generation's Rossi/Eddie Cheever is set in stone at this point. Logan may be a decent driver, but everyone knew he wasn't ready for F1, he's got the worst mental state out of everyone out there, he's costing his team dollars and points every week due to his ineptitude, and the Americans don't care because we don't want to support a wall-seeking missile just because he's also American.

I bet Chip Ganassi will be happy to take a flyer on Sargeant and his oil money once he inevitably gets kicked from Williams. Or maybe the pay Andretti car comes back. He can't be worse than Kyffin Simpson.

This is important detail but on the other hand it doesn't change that he fucked it.

I think this is one important thing about US fans. We'll not just boost a no-hoper because he wears the flag. Some might see that as 'just wanting to win' but it's racin'.
 
There was some cope post on twitter the other day about Sergeant being good honest because he fought against and came a very close 2nd to Piastri in F3. So it must be the car and he's a s good as Piastri.

They didn't mention that it was Piastri's first season in F3 and sergeant's 3rd. Also ignored that the year Lance won F3 Russell was 3rd in the championship but no one would say Stroll is on the level of Russell.

Oh here we go "max got away with running wide". After one driver says he thinks he did but there's no substantial evidence. Always got to find something to bitch about when Max wins championships.
