Regardless of who gets them, I'm a little sick of them handing out penalties they know are meaningless. They have to upgrade to place penalties to make it worth something.
In the old days it was thing like drive through, stop go, and disqualifications. Now it's just add a bit of time and call it a day. True the drive through is far too harsh for minor infractions, but taking another driver out of the points and actually making progress because of it is deserving of that sort of harsh penalty.

Piastri got worse than a 10 second stop go since he had to limo back to the pits, drive down the lane on the limiter and stop for longer than 10 seconds while they changed his front wing. The guy who caused it should at least feel some pain.

Imagine being this much of a salty bitch.

Wolff and lewlew couldn't be clearer about how much this is bothering them this weekend in interviews.

Could you imagine the clutched pearls if they used the truck on the track to respond without it being red, all the cars being parked and the drivers safely sat in the motor homes? Imagine if the truck was hit by a meteor and landed in the pits, its just too unsafe to risk.
"Race control has said... 'PUT IT OUT, PUT IT OUT, TRUCK THREE TO TURN 2', ....I don't know what that means?"

"Surely, Croftly, SURELY that truck is not going to PUSH a Formula One Racing Car to try to get it... Wait HOW are we back to green!?"

Yeah, it's kinda weird how pissy they are all of a sudden, I really don't see what could've triggered it specifically now. The record wasn't even theirs, and it's bad PR too, which merc and LH are always so obsessed with. Calling the lineup Alex Albon, Danny Ric, Gasly and Checo a bunch of shitters isn't a good look, those are some popular (and good) drivers.

Literally the only thing I can think of is that noone gave a fuck about their new contracts that they dragged out publicly for attention all year so they're lashing out like high school girls.

Just read that Sainz was the victim of thieves after the race but he and some others managed to apprehend the thieves. Not much information abouth the thieves only that they were young men around 18-20. You think I would win big if I bet they were migrants?

Not gonna lie, when I read that supposedly they took his 500k watch, I couldn't help but feel 'fair enough'. Sounds like that would be a juicy target for anyone.

I love how the fact that all of Hamilton's teammates were relatively close to him, is used as "proof" that Hamilton is better than Schumacher and Verstappen. And the fact that Schumacher and Verstappen dominated all of their teammates in a way Hamilton never did is used as proof that they aren't as good.

The most amusing is when fans say that Hamilton has had 3 world champion teammates. Rosberg only became champion in the first place by beating Hamilton. It's a retarded argument. And Rosberg wasn't highly rated before he joined Mercedes. An old Barichello closely matched Button in the same car. So he wasn't bad like the Hamilton fans claim.

FIA releases 2022 F1 cost cap findings

The FIA has confirmed it has completed reviewing the finances of all 10 Formula 1 teams for the 2022 season.

The outcome is all teams were under the $135 million cap, with all receiving certificates of compliance.

“The review has been an intensive and thorough process, beginning with a detailed analysis of the documentation submitted by the competitors,” the FIA statement announced.

“Additionally, there has been an extensive check of any non-F1 activities undertaken by the teams, which comprised multiple on-site visits to team facilities and careful auditing procedures to assess compliance with the Financial Regulations.

“The FIA Cost Cap Administration notes that all Competitors acted at all times in a spirit of good faith and cooperation throughout the process.

“The FIA also notes that the Financial Regulations are essential to the long-term financial stability of the sport, and that they will continue to be developed and refined based on the findings of each review process both in terms of the regulations themselves, which are written and approved under the FIA Formula 1 governance process, and the way in which they are enforced and policed,” it added.

“The FIA has made and will continue to make significant investments in this department for the collective benefit of the sport.”

Last year, three teams ran into issues.

Procedural breaches for Aston Martin and Williams saw both fined; $450,000 for the former and $25,000 for the latter.

Red Bull meanwhile was found to have overspent the cap by £1.864 million, which translated into a ‘Minor Breach’ under the Financial Regulations.

That resulted in the Milton Keynes operation being penalised with reduced Aerodynamic Testing Allowance (ATA) for the next 12 months – a period that is set to expire in the coming weeks.

Despite that penalty, Red Bull has dominated the 2023 season and is on the verge of claiming both the drivers’ and constructors’ championships.

The cost cap is considered a vital piece of the Formula 1 puzzle and a key ingredient in its strong financial growth.

The limits placed on teams have helped attract fresh investors and drive up their value, with some suggesting the leading teams are now worth multiple billion dollars.

However, sceptics remain with suggestions teams have found creative ways to circumvent the rules through the use of related businesses and technology projects that can subsequently transfer into the F1 organisation at a fraction of their real-world cost

Now what will the lewlew fans cope about for how he's being murdered week in week out? The answer is they'll call the FIA certification a cover up for tad bull and carry right on, that's the current prevailing opinion by lewlew fans on social media.

Also more Toto cope. "Little lewlew was fine taking out Piastri and suffering no consequences because look how sporting he is, literally the only driver to ever apologise ever".

Yes it's very much the standard holier than thou Mercedes thing. Same as when Georgie ran heroically across the gravel for the cameras after punting Zhou into the audience. Of course they know the british led press lap it up too.

I much prefer competitive assholes who say as they do. Believing a word these people say is idiotic.

Norris pairing up with Verstappen would be interesting. Norris being a midget has the center of gravity advantage even with the 2019 weight rules. What will the cope be if it happens and Verstappen beats him? "Ackshually, everyone always knew Norris was a midfield driver."

My totally scientific assessment of watching their simracing Twitch streams tells me that Max would wipe the floor with Lando in equal machinery.

Lando got wiped CLEAN by PR63 in the junior series so i am not counting on him beating max either at Mclaren or Red bull :stress:
Maybe , i think he better focus on not getting owned by Piastri . ( Piastri nuking the " heh my boy nDebrigz , he just need more time heh " and Mick surname aswell indirectly :story: )
