Sure, the engines may not turn into a campfire, but that doesn't say anything about the power unit deciding to up and quit.
Don't worry... even if the engine doesn't quit, Ferrari strategy will step in and give LeClerc a sandpaper dildo. The only hope is if Sainz is based enough to push back on his engineer like he did a few races ago (Monaco?).

The only certainty is that Hambone will somehow pigroach his way onto the podium like he usually does.

Sainz stands up for himself in every race now. Last week, he ignored an order to box while he was in the middle of passing another car.

There's also Silverstone, where if he had followed orders he would have lost the race, as Leclerc was on old tyres and had a damaged front wing.
And oddly enough when both were on the same tyres Leclerc was faster then Sainz despite the small damage. Ferrari wanted to cover all bases imho but fucked it up for their faster driver. But yeah it seems as if Sainz is the one who has more trust in himself then his crew's tactic decisions

A crying wojack of "no you can't say that merc and hambone are great".

The Canada dream is alive and well

I like how Verstappen, without outright saying it, makes it clear that he does neither respect Lewis nor Merc. And why should he, they achieved a lot of victories, but they are horrible assholes when something doesn't go their way. A team that's not graceful in defeat deserves no respect when winning.

Edit:
Boy, that is one pitch-black sky above Hungaroring.

Kinda hyped for some rain to shake things up ngl.

The direction in F1 is utterly atrocious. Them always accidentally broadcasting driver radio multiple times is one of the most mystifying issues.
It's not just incompetence to figure out what to show to the audience, it's a recurring issue about whether you cut that audio into the footage or not.

Just now, they managed to bunch up the audio from Vettel, Gasly and Latifi at the same time, making it sound like they were having an argument :story:

Max owes Merc precisely zero respect after the events of last year.
And I love how Croft is waxing over Ocon's win from last year, ignoring that he was a core beneficiary of Bottas' bowling.
