That red bull power train looks good on pace but 3 out of 4 failing in the closing stages could point to massive problems. I wonder if it's an E10 stability issue.

Great race, but slightly disappointing finish.
Neither Hamlestier nor Mercedes deserved a podium after this shitshow. Sad that Mick didn't score a point, though he got within striking distance of 10th place, while Magnussen went full kino. Gotta say, that Haas gamble paid off big time. Now if only Mick manages to pick up the same way Magnussen did.

A shame RB ran into issues. If this season came down to Verstappen and Leclerc duking it out in front, I'd be all in favor of that. Two amazing drivers, I wouldn't even care who gets the title in the end. Those couple laps with Leclerc and Verstappen switching places like 5 times was absolutely amazing.

My word McLaren are in deep shit.
I'm in for AM... fuck me.

That'd suck... but as long as Ferrari is strong enough to keep Hamilton at bay, I won't be too unhappy.

What kind of eldritch entity did Hamilton sell his soul to in order to maintain this kind of luck?

But all that matters is that the Prancing Horse is back in business!
The same that DSP sold his lowly soul to imho.

But have you seen the top10 in it's entirety? 5 Ferrari engines, 2 Mercedes, 2 Renault and 1 Honda. YIKES. I hope Ferrari can keep this pace stable through the season and don't devolve into clown mode again because today their startegy was on point and their pit stops were fast and precise. Pls keep it that way. PLEASEEEEEE

It was unlikely Mick was hanging on to 10th. He didn't stop for new tyres behind the safety car while those behind him had. With the way tyres were degrading this race I have serious doubts on the stated "they will allow hard racing through the entire race".

The field's shook up, the cars look like they can run together. Optimistic about this season bein' fun.

I hope we get more good fights between Leclerc and Verstappen. Unlike Hamilton those two seem to knwo where to draw the line and leave each other space

Just for the hell of it:
Haas had 0 points last year, 3 points in 2020 and 28 points in 2019. They got 10 points today on their first race. That is a massive improvement. If they can survive the sponsorship-problem, they might actually be a decent midfield team this season. Looking forward to their performance in the coming races.

I just hope RB sorts their power failure issue out quickly and... well... any Merc contractor seems to be up shit creek without a paddle, I wonder if there is even anything AM and McLaren can do about it - but I hope so.

Damn, I love Ricciardo and Vettel, such likeable champs. Lando Norris is also a total unit. A shame their cars got shit for engine power.

If we can have Red Bull and Ferrari trading fours in the early races, with Mercedes perhaps getting into the mix later in the season, then I will be a very happy man. Technical issues aside, the changes looks promising. The hard but fair skirmishes that we saw between Verstappen and LeClerc have been mostly absent from the front of pack for sometime.

I am not sure whether I will watch the race at Jeddah. If F1 isn't going to Russia then it definitely shouldn't be racing in Saudi Arabia either. I have/had friends in Yemen.
