the problem is that hamilton is an obvious outsider and he isnt even slightly interested in returning the respect ferrari clearly has for his past successes by at least pretending to be into the ferrari tradition and all the italian shit like i said before.
Hambone is the polar opposite of Schumacher.

Schumi chose to speak Italian when he was at Ferrari, even though it wasn't his first (or even second) language. His daily driver was a Fiat. He embraced Ferrari's team culture, which is why he was (and still is) beloved by the Tifosi despite being a Kraut.

I can't see Hambone driving a Fiat 500 or speaking Italian unless absolutely necessary.

Good race all things considered, Norris reminds me too much of a desperate old timer trying to get to his teamate's performance and trying too hard, like Webber and Vettel, ironically the Webber managed Piastri is cool as ice, reminds me a lot of Prost or Raikonnen.
I don't ferrari and RB tbh, they seem to finally fix their car and then fuck it up over a upgrade or setup change race after race, Leclerc did a amazing drive with a car that should be 5th place at the most.

In other news, i found a analog HD film of the 91-92 suzuka GP.
Can we go back to cigarette sponsors? mechanics with shorts, drivers casually talking 10 minutes before a qualy run, grid girls?, V8, V10,V12s running all at the same time?, is that too much to ask or we will still have hybrids and shitty DEI despite F1 and the FIA being now a arab oil money plaything?

Piastri killing all “golden trio” hype and winning the wdc before any of them will be delicious. Then we can stop talking about those three mids and focus on Oscar Kimi ollie and Hadjar
Unironcally only Legreg can maybe win a championship but hes too weak mind as for Russell he can as well but that's only if he's good enough car since he's consistent and can be tactical like in Spa last year or Bharian this year Oscar unironcally is the strongest competitor because strong mind plus consistent Lando currently is binning it too much to be a challenger

I think with hambone both sides know what it is, marketing. Ferrari get hambone's sponsors, to slap his name and likeness on stuff, hambone gets the kudos of being a Ferrari driver and no doubt gets some benefits from it (besides the huge pay package).

He's fast enough to get them some points and that all they want him for. They would be insane to do anything that would push Leclerc out, who would they replace him with if they suddenly went all in on (a close to retirement and washed) lewlew?
He's doing what Senna planned on doing after 2-3 years at williams, gracefully end his career getting a fuckton of cash and having the prestige of being signed for Ferrari.
He's not michael, reminder that schumi gutted benetton completely and brought them over , If ferrari never had the complete purge and replacement of staff with the likes of Ross Brawn and other geniuses who managed to cheat their underpowered v8 car into a championship win in 94 and 95, they would take until the mid 2000s to win something.
He doesn't have the time or even the patience a young seasoned michael had by 1996 to do 4 years of development until they had a championship worthy car, with some close calls in 97 and 99.
I dont think Senna would've done much better either, although getting 5 wdcs would put him in goat territory and hed still be a living god in brazil had he lived and still managed to drag a bloated mismanaged team into a few podiums and wins until he retired by 99.

Tbf I think the issue for them is balance and track conditions the McLaren just works nearly in all or most conditions RB dies in heat, dirty air, braking, and slow turns as for Ferrari they bring upgrades then need to create fixes by making the car understeer or oversteer more screwing up previously Sainz or Leclerc but today they will just make Lewis feel even more lost and Leclerc lose pace

speaking Italian
pretty sure he was already asked if he would try learning italian before the season started and he essentially responded "lol no" which is why i made my post. hes just not interested. vettel also hugely embraced the culture and was loved for it. hambone doesnt give a shit, he da pimp nigger baby, he got da team on he dick n shieet

I wanna see drivers smoking a lucky strike non filter from a cigarette holder and sipping a glass of champagne on the grid 5 minutes before the race starts in a non islamic country.

I am pretty sure he actually learned Italian. Because Ferrari holds their meetings in Italian not English. Reminds me of the old Schumacher days when Ferrari obfuscated their team radio by talking Italian to Schumacher instead of English

Can we go back to cigarette sponsors?
I find it incredibly irritating as a parent that now every fucking sporting event on TV has goddamn gambling advertisements every other commercial.

Yeah I get it. It's my job as a parent to shelter my kid from bad influences but when it's constant exposure to my 12 year old and I can watch people like Bossman Jack destroying their life on a daily basis, it's kind of terrifying to be honest.

It's easier in current year to get your kid addicted to gambling than they paying 10$ to a homeless guy to buy them a vape or a cigarette at the local gas station, fuck they can get addicted from their own bedroom.

Speaking of Hamilton, the restaurant chain "neat burgers" that he and Leonardo di Caprio supported had to close down because nobody wanted to buy Vegan burgers. Seems like 2025 isn't exactly his year now is it?

Teams voting on reducing the electric/IC split from 50/50 to 36/64 for 2026. It's still an increase in electric power from now, but it is actually possible to do it and be able to actually race.

The 50/50 split with the only charging coning from braking means tracks with long straights and not much braking they'd run out of battery and be on 50% power in no time. Current simulations show they couldn't do a full lap of Monza before the batteries were flat.

It would be better with the MGU-H which charges the batteries when at full throttle but the complexity and lack of use for road vehicle is what was putting off Audi and other manufacturers from joining.

im disappointed theyre still keeping the gay ass v6 vacuum cleaner engines. you could at least make them fucking inline now, the cars are gigantic, size isnt a problem. as an individual with Autism the aural experience is key to my enjoyment of f1 and its hard to stay excited about a sport where the regulating body promises to deliver LESS and LESS each year while hyping it up like its a good thing.

The stupid thing is there are carbon negative fuels that an ICE can run on but the whole world has gone nuts pushing impractical BEVs instead with the whole thing having become another retarded left/right point. Imagine how much a sport like F1 could push the development of high performance carbon neutral/negatibe options but they won't because the regulators and car manufacturers have gone EV mad.

Which is dumb because after they made that announcement, both Mercedes and Porsche released road cars with MGU-Hs.

Having the sustainable angle is useless when you have formula E, that was kneecapped in regulations to not be able to compete with F1, from standard F3 quality chassi, to retarded grooved tyres, to overtake boosts based on fucking likes.

Just allow them to run any engine and battery tech and have the teams build their own chassi, let F1 and FE be like CART vs F1 in the 90s, combustion vs electric shit.

Also the "we need F1 to be like our hybrid road cars", who the fuck has a hybrid system like a f1 car in a road car right now barring shit like Ferrari and McLaren?, I don't see detuned 1.6 liter v6s running around because that'd be retarded due to cost.

Is there's any car with a power boost from a hybrid battery? Or the ICU is just a battery recharger?, I don't see electric engines spooling up turbos, not even on hypercars.

Is there's any car with a power boost from a hybrid battery?
Yes, every single plug-in hybrid works that way, though in reverse (power boost comes from the ICE for efficiency reasons). Porsches (and other “performance hybrids”) in Sport modes do the opposite and use the electric power to augment the ICE engine.
Or the ICU is just a battery recharger
The BMW i3, Chevrolet Volt (sort of), Dodge Ramcharger, and Scout (Volkswagen) Terra have that architecture. So do numerous Chinese Extended Range Electric Vehicles (EREV).
I don't see electric engines spooling up turbos
The Porsche 911 GTS and the Mercedes AMG C63S E Performance have electric turbos.

to overtake boosts based on fucking likes.
You mean the outcome of sports shouldnt be decided by retarded online zoomers?

That had to be the most stupid decision going. The usual motorsports audience instantly didn't take it seriously (and they already had an uphill battle with EVs and a roster of has and never beens), and the online crowd continues with esports. It all felt like a boardroom of out of touch boomers trying to work out how to get the young uns into their sport.

Now ending up on FE is the ultimate career failure. If you get dumped out of one of the proper open wheel series and can only get an FE driver then you know it's over and probably should just retire and keep your dignity instead.

The only thing I'm excited for in 26 is the movable aero and the death of 15 replays of an "amazing overtake" with DRS down a straight where the driver in front has zero legal ways to defend. It's just a pity the active aero use is going to be the FIA's decision and not the driver's.
