How F1 managed to shake off it's 'bro-y and hyper-masculine' past to capture a new generation of fans

It's funny that these researchers are confused on why women would want to watch something with a lot of men in it when it should be pretty obvious on why. If anything, the main problem that F1 had for the past 20 years was that it all became less accessible due to broadcasters paywalling these races.

Pollock confirms he is planning a return to F1 with new ‘equal-gender’ team

This project is a joke. Trying to build a 50M/50F team in one of the most gender-inequal countries that would have to import every bit of talent there, while the factory's still a plot of unused land is a fool's errand. Pollock and Villeneuve will be in for a rude awakening if they really go ahead with it.

I know it's only practice and they wouldn't be risking wrecking the car but the red bull looks less ridiculously dominant in the wet.

Verstappen on pole despite apparent technical issues but both Merc behind him. And Lews lost to Russell AGAIN.
Interesting to see how the race will go. If it is dry I would assume a Verstappen win unless some technical gremlins strike. But behind him it is really close

The Sky commentators for qualifying aren't even trying to hide their gay boners for Lewlew. Listening to them gushing over his stunning and brave 3rd place reminded me of this.

I wonder what they mean by 50/50 men and women. Is that in every position on the team? If so, I'm wondering who is going to actually build the damn car. Where are they going to find enough women to replace half the mechanics and pit crew?
they are going to put trannies like when caitlin jenner was an owner in w series

Both Mercs in front. What was that again about Red Bull winning each race George?

That red is terrible for Russell.

I mean it coupled with tyres that'll last til the end from here is terrible for the race too since no strategy intrigue or anything.

Bad luck for Russell and Sainz. Hopefully Max and Lewis take each other out on the restart, leave Alonso to take the win.
