This is unfortunately, very likely. Between subscriptions, crypto, and whatever other Elonbux he’s pulling in, he probably has little monetary incentive to keep making content. This will persist for another 6-12 months before people start losing interest, I’m thinking. He may have to go back to content at some point, but by then he’ll just be the guy who spent two years arguing on Xitter with gay communists.

He lost his original twitter account early on but made a new X account after Musk bought the platform. He was banned for several months but not years, at least, his current account wasn't. He did manage to get the original kiwifarmsdotnet account unbanned eventually
There is a certain breed of crazy that is obsessed with the law. You see it in sovereign citizens and you see it in frivolous defamation lawsuits such as those that hit this site or that 15 billion dollar New York Times lawsuit. Don’t know why this is but crazy people really like trying to use the legal system to their advantage
Very true. Most people see the legal system as an opportunity to both make themselves the main character, vindicate their position by having a ruling in their favor, and cash out at the same time. Unfortunately because stupid people tend to file the most and dumbest lawsuits because they are too stupid to know how much time, money, and effort goes into a lawsuit, particularly one that goes to trial. Flesh is currently toeing the line of this stupid lawfaring american by playing history's most boring game of chicken repeating "see I COULD sue, but I'm just such a NICE GUY, I won't sue you even though I DEFINITELY think you're a pedo commie school shooter etc. etc. I'm building my SUING MACHINE so I can automate SUING YOU but I still WON'T" and actually, after typing that out, I have more respect for the hard headed Americans that actually have the balls to just try and abuse the legal system when they want.
