Somehow, I don't think any of these guys actually went to Antarctica.

If our solar system had made the Earth flat, some of the other planets around us would also be flat. We don't see this. Why?
What makes you think that the Earth should be the same shape as a planet?

Hollow Earth theory makes a little sense to me. Not that the WHOLE Earth is hollow, but there could possibly be hollow caverns that we are unaware of. Nearly every culture has tales of civilizations living in great caverns under mountains and such and part of me feels that can't be a coincidence. In Turkey they found a hand dug cavern that was large enough to house nearly 3000 people.

They have a lot of pseudo-science pages. Google stuff like "Flat Earth Society Circumnavigation" and "Flat Earth Society Sun Orbit" to find them. Their explanation for being able to traverse the world in one direction is that the ship/airplane actually begins to rotate but you don't notice because Antartica gives the optical illusion of a sphere, or some shit.
 
One insane idea they had to "prove" the Earth is flat is to have an airship float above the Earth and if it started in the UK in the morning, and if the Earth was in fact round, the airship would be on the Atlantic coast of the US in a few hours.

Guess what? It didn't work, and the fact that the airship stayed in place all day was "proof" to them that the world is in fact flat.
 
Thomas Dolby (the guy who sang "She Blinded me with Science") got into this crazy shit. I discovered shortly after I started enjoying his song "one of our submarines"

Basically, they reject the model of Earth as a sphere, globe, etc. There is also much debate as to whether the Earth is a square sheet, rectangular, or an unfolded dodecahedron, and so on. But the most accepted model amongst the flat earthers is that of the world as a disc.

In this model, the disc's center is at the North Pole, and the South Pole doesn't exist. Instead, Antarctica is an ice wall preventing the oceans from falling off the edge of the world.

Also, flat earthers generally believe that space travel is fake, photographs that show the earth as a sphere or having a curved horizon are fake, and that NASA is a conspiracy to keep people from knowing the truth that the earth is flat.

I remember that these people do not believe in atoms. Do not engage them for you will lose far too many braincells.
