Here's all the evidence I could gather from the Burtcord when trying to figure out what happened. For reference, BURT DESTROYER is Frank and TRIPP is techbro/tech king (the guy who helps Burt with all of his streams and was hanging out with Frank and Burt in Atlanta right after season 5). BURTWATCH is a moderator for Burt's discord (For some reason Frank has mod access and Burt does not).
