I don't think a competent fishtank would even be fishtank. The only wow moments I've had in terms of production were bloodgames and the setting of season 2. Everything else was them failing and feeling bad for them or them failing and being happy their boring plan failed.
Sam struck gold with Fishtank and he walks away because S3's cast triggered him and S4 predictably failed because it was so poorly planned.
