With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Jobe and Greg have been the best drunk pieces of shit on fishtank. Jobe just babbling like a retard and turning into a mini frank hassle is hilarious. I still think about how he was fucking with that gay homeless guy and frank had to tell him him to give him a rest

Creature is right, the baseline Fishtank format is boring now.
Burt is like the manifested revelation and living symbol of its death. Like an african AIDS-ridden antichrist of sorts. Jet Neptune's very own sleep paralysis demon.

If/when season 5 comes, it needs to be something very new and interesting. Need the wiggers to put all seven braincells left amongst them into shaking up the whole idea in a big way. I don't think it'll make it to S6 if they offer up another half-baked waste of time. It needs to be good from beginning to the absolute bitter end.

No one thinks it will happen. Prove us all wrong, Neptune.

fishtank was initially good because it felt like a startup version of a reality show.

a step up from the typical sort of content houses and streaming events that the sort of person who watches streamers is used to.
instead of putting a bunch of z-list e-celebs in a McMansion and exploring the more retarded among them for epic IP2-style degen content, or doing the same thing and adding some semblance of structure like "Ice Poseidon's gonna get all his andys together and do simulated torture / shove 'em all in an RV and get them blasted on every drug under the sun and hope nobody gets raped again" it offered actual structure with autistic nobodies that could be molded into absolute content machines by the end of a season, as well as more "edgy" and "reality TV" esque challenges with financial incentives.

it was like big brother if the showrunners were alt-tech geeks at first. then it became painfully obvious that they were just gas-huffing wiggers with no real plan and S1/2 were lightning-in-a-bottle that got mega-cucked by legal issues, wiggerism, and the biggest financial backers(sam and that other jew) not giving a shit.

I think I agree broadly. I still think they can get something out of the basic Fishtank thing. There is some magic in all of this that is hard to grasp.

I think Season 4 was just a huge mess from the start, not saying I was not caught up in some excitement around the show starting though. Going back to the Season 1 House offered nothing at all and obviously didn't evolve into anything. Even if it didn't get cancelled I think it would have been an empty premise. Season 2 and 3 being pretty high-concept is the kind of thing they need to do and they have to figure out how to run the show for 6 weeks, something they only get worse at. In season 3 the RV trip is the obvious fall, but Production leaning on Burt just doing schizobabble in his room was bad as well. Then they fucked up the prison thing, the Famous House 2 thing. lots of bad moves leading up to the RV too.

There has been a real rot in production they have not addressed.

Aryeh plays the gay choir's "we will convert your children" song. He's very enthusiastic and sings along as he knows some of the lyrics. All while Burt is just standing there dumbfounded. Aryeh then proceeds to excuse trannifying children while Burt is the one telling him how "problematic" it is. How can someone make Burt look normal and reasonable?

It should also be noted that before this clip Aryeh already tried to play this creepy gay song but was told by Frank it's not a good idea. This happened after Frank left the apartment for a while and wasn't there to tard wrangle him. The video was turned off by Burt's tech guy who has remote access to his PC.

maybe this will teach them to get a bit more creative with their streams and projects. as long as people turn up and watch the slop they will keep doing it though.

this thankful tank iteration sounded like something with a plan (given how far in advance it was announced) but as jimmy has made clear; this is dumbgay's thing. he managed to get fishes to come over to the house he squats at and now hopes people will keep paying for TTS and toys so he can make some extra cash while they all sit around reading chat in 480p with awful audio. embarrassing.

I've said it before but I like how Frank used to torment these autistic retards quite heavily online (See Ringing up Chibis mum) and now hangs out with just as big retards he considers friends.
Him, Burt and Greg all work together really well, sure Frank fucks with them a bit but it's more in an entertaining way than flattout belittling them.

I think frank is somewhat fond of Burt because he finds him funny and entertaining, but he's fucked with him plenty and has certainly downright belittled him to the point of cruelty, all for the sake of comedy. He seems to actually like and respect Greg for being a hard worker and a decent guy. I don't think he likes or respects arye, nor does he find him funny at all, which is based.
