The location and exterior look pretty interesting (to me, I’m not a house guy). It would have been cool to see the outdoor deck/balcony areas used in a FT season.
It's a really weird house tbh, it's made for entertaining people more than living in. Which made it good for FT imo, but I wouldn't want to just live my normal life there.

Since the topic of the S3 house being sold came up, I went to check to see who is on the deed. Turns out the S3 house isn't owned by Fishtank LLC, its owned by My Great Homes LLC which is a Sam Hyde company made specifically for this purpose. Before Season 3 aired the house was likely transferred for the price of $1 from Fishtank LLC to My Great Homes LLC -- the reasoning behind this is because Fishtank LLC has investors via the Wefunder, the only way they will get a return on investment is if the company goes public on the stock market or if the company closes down and sells all the assets off. Transferring the 1.3m S3 house to a seperate company means that Sam and whomever else is a shareholder of that company (Jet and Ben maybe) get to profit without sharing it with the Wefunder investors.

It's been discussed on the thread, but some singer in the 70s built it. It wasn't built for living, it was built for entertaining and some recording.
That explains so much about the layout of the house, because custom built reality show houses came way later are are a hell of a lot more expensive. Some rich decadent WASP had the house custom made for fucking his friends' wives, drinking, partying and some outdoor stuff too.

Many of you are now very familiar with the various incarnations of Fishtank. In your esteemed opinions, what is the #1 thing that’s holding Fishtank back from realizing its full potential? Is it that Fishtank fans inevitably make it on the show as contestants even though there was supposedly a weeding out process to identify those individuals?

Or is it something else? What is the ONE thing you would change that would be most beneficial to the longterm survival of Fishtank?

Just fire Jet. He is not critical to Fishtank's continued existence and I question whether he ever was.

It's the wiggers, there is nothing endearing about watching white people act like niggers. It's why Luke was such a breath of fresh air because he's just a normal well to do white guy. Ben can sometimes be funny, but otherwise they need to stay in the basement. It'd actually be better if we didn't even know who was running the show. Make any crew members go up in shark costumes and be completely non verbal. Hire homeless people to do any talking that's required while Sam Hyde is preoccupied.

I can't even be shocked or mad, or anything. If you donated large sums of money to their funding shit thinking that you might make money off of it then like the famous Joker quote goes "You get what you fucking deserve"
