I recall that right before Jet told Ellie about her finge date with a "40 year old guy" he sent a site popup about how it was time to turn up the heat on Ellie since she hadn't really been fucked with at all yet. Also, Dr. Cross said he bought the visit to the fishtank several months before the season even started so if true, it had nothing to do with Ellie. Seems like something they might do but in this case I'm pretty sure it was just a bit. One more thing - the only other person to ever actually buy a visit to the fishtank (if she indeed actually bought it) was the OnlyFans girl Jackie in season 2 and they relentlessly fucked with her.
