Totally agree. Sam was talking about half-assing S4's recovery being the death knell for Fishtank, but I'm more inclined to think that the show has been gradually collapsing due to rampant neglect. Jet's horrible at his job, Sam doesn't give a shit, and no one can get through to either of them. The shame is that there's absolutely bones here to recover, but they're stubborn and retarded, therefore they're going to fail every season in some way. Shit, just look at how many times the houses were phonebooked via pizza boxes and that'll tell you all you need to know.

At this point im hoping that since they talked about bringing the season 4 fish back for season 5, that season 5 just ends up being a full allstar season, i think that could be amazing kino and get people who where fans of the older seasons to come back. Although it would just probably turn into the battle of the fanbases and the fish with the most influence outside the tank probably would have a huge advantage but whatever could still be fun.

It's probably waaay to early to tell, but I have a feeling that Sam and the MDE crew going to fade into irrelevancy again sooner than later. It was fun watching him shit on idubbz and go on to have a string of successes, but with the way things are going for the wiggers I think Sam and Jet will be forced back into full time e-daddy grifting.

I don't know that I agree with irrelevancy per se, but what I do feel confident in saying is that they'll certainly have to reassess their handling of their existing productions. Even looking at the production values for Extreme Peace, I see the same level of half-assery that I'd expect from a novice. I'm just disappointed in the crew because some of their ideas can be really funny, but much like a group of high schoolers who are "totally going to start a band" not a one of them has any follow through to anything they want to do.

He had bits planned for bloodgames, most of which involved how to piss off Letty. Kinda hilarious in retrospect because she was his only ally on bloodgames after he pissed Jimmy and Tayleigh off and Vance tried to kill him.

Possibly but its also just as likely that since Sam Hyde/MDE attracted a far wider audience because of Fishtank the Markyposting is just getting a second life. To anyone who doesn't know him or even people who know him the photos of him with some possibly underage chick with a giant bloodnose are disturbing at face value. I don't really give a shit if he was banging some 17 year old chick (provided it is legal) and the shit happened like 30 years ago though.
