With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I was one of the people way back on the subreddit back in 2016 who pre ordered the book (I also have a custom picture on the inner cover which was a perk of pre ordering it) and when it finally came the postal service made me come in person and sign for it which has never happened with any other package I've ever gotten in the mail. I'm 100% on some federal watchlist. The book honestly was a huge letdown. It's basically a collection of sketches, rants and half baked art projects that the MDE boys did back in the day. I did resell it and made a good profit off of it years later though which was sick.

Shit I didn't realize it was worth anything but I guess MDE stuff always blows up in price down the line. I foolishly left mine under a window so the cover is a little faded.
Still gonna make a few hundred bucks soon.

I don't see why they would want to keep this going, but if they have plans, maybe there is something to it. It already feels like its going long.

That is true, but fishtank can often feel like the dms who claim they don't need any prep at all and then spend half of the sesh making up random bullshit that doesn't make any sense within context, there is a balance.

All these questions and yet their selection criteria remains a mystery. They've casted content kings but I have no idea how people like Meghan or Ian managed to get on.
