With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

The early part of season 2 was going to revolve around JC not being a plant and everyone else hiding that they know about the show. It was all ruined day 3 and JC left like day 5. It didn't even last a week lmao.

It was hard not to enjoy his antics while on the show, but I especially liked him a lot after therapy night when it was apparent he was the only actual adult in the Tank, but he's since squandered that promise and just day drinks these days. I know his prior history before Fishtank but at least he had a sense of actual life.

This provides a further thought of, let's be honest, the only people on Fishtank, they're UberEats drivers, waiters, or some guy who works in a boiler room. The rest are NEETs or survive off of their 15 minutes of fame. No real prospects.

Yeah what the hell do these people do. I follow a few on instagram but none of them seem to work at all. Letty I couldn't imagine even being unable to handle a grocery store job.

Trish worked at Walmart (not sure when) then had her deli job. (I believe) her income is a mix of stream donations/winnings from S2 challenges and whatever she got from 2.5.


I think her actual “job” is door dash because shes stated she no longer wants a full time job (not sure how that will pan out).

One of the dudes in her streams is called Arbyz_Fan_101 (something like that). At various points during her streams he would self insert / donate with something arbys related. Example “Trish i know your moving to Texas BUT WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO ARBYS” that type of thing. He managed to get her to do that infamous arbys mukbang with Malia (her sister) and her boyfriend Tyler. The vibes were not great. As for now im guessing: either someone that knows about this started TTSing the beef and cheddar thing during 2.5 or arbys fan himself was.


I believe its beef & cheddar because Trish stated thats the only thing from arbys she likes

Isn't it a bit hypnotical for Jet to accuse other people of ripping Fishtank off when he self admittedly stole the idea from Ice Poseidon's jail streams and big brother? Like it was never his idea to begin with.

Starting to warm up to whoever this is. Not sure he's funny fishtank material, but he didn't have much time to shine, so maybe he'll come back for season 3 in some capacity.
