You know, I expected a lot of things from the Fish Tank off season.
But a grown man half painted like a goblin crying in the corner of a room full of wood chips wasn't on the list.

Some small lore from the IG live Trish just did: apparently Brian arrived on set at the last minute and was given the deputy role because production didn’t know what to do with him (according to Trish at least). guess that moment of quick thinking paid off.

Brian sure has a knack for showing up at the last minute to these things, huh.

Re: who's coming back for S3, here are my predictions:

Fatty: He's Sam's pet retard at this point and it'll be very interesting seeing how the fish react to him, especially if they're Hollywood hopeful normies from a casting agency like Jet keeps promising.

Vance: During the afterparty on stream, Jet outright said that Vance is (maybe he said "probably") going to be on S3, presumably as a member of staff like in S2. It's worth nothing that after Vance died a hero's death defending the shrine from vampires, he started handing out cigarette deliveries like a staff member would.

Trish: Trish is another one Jet either outright stated or heavily implied he would bring back for S3, no clue what they would have her do, but Trish is probably the best sport out of all the fish so far and brings positive energy that HECK HOUSE really sucks out of most people. In my opinion she's pretty useless but the wiggers like her and that's all that matters.

Alex Stein: He's been in every season thus far and I don't hate him as much as most people itt. When used properly, he can inject a "real reality show" atmosphere that's sorely missing. He was good at getting the fish to actually do things when he was on in S1 and him doing his show from the S2 house gave the fish something to do and the wiggers could sit back and relax, plus he's friends with Sam so I'm sure he'll come back.

Dumbgay: He's kind of a package deal with Alex Stein, and even besides that he brings a different kind of character to the show than anyone else, that being a loud, dumb, gay, black man. As long as they don't let him get baked out of his mind he can have some entertaining interactions with the fish.

I didn't count people who are or are basically members of production like Scott. They'll all be back.

From season 1, I think Vance is probably guaranteed to come back as a camera. Since Josie choose to go to some anime convention instead of 2.5 I kind of doubt she’s going to show up again. Bro quite sure about Jon or Letty thought

From season 2 I think Brian, Trish, TJ, and Taylor are all probably guaranteed. They’ve already said that Trish is coming back and Brian is jet’s buttbuddy (although he did do a good job this season. Taylor was part of production this season because she flew out early to set some things up. I would imagine that TJ and Taylor would come as a package deal. Plus, TJ won so it would be customary for him to come back as production like Josie. I also think having them there improves the image of the show and having a genuine success story shows the show isn’t just torturing retards.

As an aside, after watching the cell last night, I really think that TJ should be the one to give pep talks in s3. It was genuinely hilarious to try to see him console the goblins and it was very heartwarming to see him try to comfort Jimmy. Plus, on stream his already said that’s what he’s like to do if he was on production.

What is really interesting was in the hour or so of stalling before the shrine pilgrimage one of the cams had Jimmy sitting with Trisha near the woodshop and Jimmy was just kind of monologuing to the air about how Letty "has it" and is basically made for the show and I forget what Trisha said that made him reply this way but he went "yeah, but you never liked me from the start."

But Duany'ay had been gassing her up all season compared to last season. I think a lot of beefs were squashed in the after-party for Jimmy to be inviting Trish along to Vermont and presumably to his home.

I wouldn't say he was successful at not blowing up as much as the manner in which he blew up was just more psychological than physical

Id assume the Jimmy Trish beef was from the Abi scenario and the whole awkward hug thing on the bed (i can’t remember if that was before or after Abi came in as S2 is a blur now). Not to mention the whole “women moment” video jimmy uploaded. Interestingly if the beef with Jimmy is now squashed and they are friends what does that mean for Abi/Trish ?. I actually wonder if they still talk since they were supposed to be close

Meh. Dontarius was boring for most of the time there. He spent a lot of time just sleeping and laying around.

There's a reason that reality shows usually get completely new casts every season - it's to keep the show fresh. I'd much rather see new people react to the tank and not see the same personalities over and over again. People like Jon and Jimmy are entertaining for sure but it's going to get stale very quickly if it's just the same people until the end of time (even if they are freeloaders or whatever). I'm sure there's plenty of other new spergs to be enjoyed.
