He is seething because she rejected him. Before Season 2 ended, Bad Ideas proudly proclaimed that he was going to travel to Texas to meet up with Tay and he wanted to date her (I'm sensing a pattern here) but his first interaction with her post tank was the video that @attractive_pneumonia posted here where she said she was warned about him and wasn't going to entertain him.

Now suddenly she's a scammer and supports grooming (just like Josie became after she rejected him, and Sam/Jet became after they banned him from the Fishtank site) because he is intentionally sending her pedophillic videos that he knows she doesn't want to watch, and is leveraging that to abuse Streamlab's chargeback system to try to inflict monetary damage on her.
 
@bad_ideas you have 0 issues with the people who you now hate until they wrong you in some way, then they turn into the worst people in the world, scammers, groomers, whores, etc.

I can't think of anyone from S2 I'd trust behind the wheel.
And the only 2 I can think of from S1 is Vance and Josie. Vance because he's just fucking boring and Josie because she drives some old stick-shift beemer her dad used to race, so she can at least handle a different type of vehicle.
They'd have to keep Fatty away because any RV he ends up on would requite the driver to have a CDL for being over the gross weight limit.
