Tayleigh (300 average) streamed the digest week where Jimmy malletted Abi and Frank entered the tank yesterday, with Jimmy and Duany'ay in the call. There were tech issues (Jimmy tried to stream at the same time to keep progress on his watch hours but the tech issues prevented it) but they fixed it by using Discord.
Watching the malleting itself was odd, Tayleigh reiterated that she hadn't seen what happened and wouldn't have been as sympathetic to Jimmy in the moment if she had seen it, but that she sees a difference between what would essentially be "siding with" Jimmy, and understanding him. Jimmy talked about how he saw the situation in "slow motion" and basically just made a hash of excuses and bad explanations of how his brain works, until Tayleigh said something about how she was disappointed in him and he totally deflated, which was good I guess.
The episodes covered scenes she hadn't seen o
f Abi and Trish calling her ugly and of Abi being rude to Trish behind Trish's back, and o
f Abi cutting up Tayleigh's yarn and seething, which Tayleigh had no idea about and was very shocked by.
Lots of people were worried that Jimmy and Duany'ay would step on the stream but I think people were saying it had the opposite effect, as she got through Jimmy's thing into the Frank stuff they were good at keeping the mood light because she was definitely put off by recollecting some of the stuff Frank did, the panty stuff and the crickets especially as well as some of his overly violent moments. There was a good moment where Tayleigh was fighting Frank after splashing him with piss and Jimmy shouted "I ain't never seen this, I'm proud of you Tayleigh!" Also going back to Abi
there was a bit where Tayleigh made a reference to Jimmy in the tank and they had a nice laugh at that.
Abi (18 average) also streamed last night, I just caught
a clip of that where she apparently crept off to watch Jimmy and Tayleigh talk about her getting hit with the mallet and then came back on stream sniffling.
I think she just wants to get the amount of sympathy she would have earned if she had stuck around and bonded with these people at all and not been so BPD about it. I imagine for Tayleigh especially it's hard to be wholeheartedly sympathetic to Abi knowing how personally Abi was taking things Tayleigh had compartmentalized as being only game.
TJ also streamed CK3 at 3 AM (90 average). Only demons and australians know what occurred.
@Halloween23 I agree about there being no clear path to victory. I'm not coping for Tayleigh but it legitimately seemed like this season they wanted to make sure a woman didn't win again or else it would ruin MDE's image, while also refusing to eliminate women who deserved to be eliminated because it would screw up the sex ratio, and were overly worried about which contestants fit their brand.
I think the only way to fix it is to sacrifice the flexibility of when eliminations happen and simply calendar them, every Monday, unless someone walks out. And never ever do a Brian RKO again.
