Jimmy grabs the horn box and hides it in the trapdoor in the bathroom and Sam kicks the lock off the doorknob (in retrospect, why?? what did they think he was going to do, seriously? were they defending the horn box or did they think he was going to start a bath with it or what)
I'm going off memory, so bear with me. A few days before this happened, someone DMd Vance that they recognized jimmy from a Fishtank Facebook group, and told Vance about codewords and scripts. It made the rounds on /tv/, anons didn't think much of it. Later, Sam goes through Jimmy's stuff, finds the notebook, and Jimmy sees Sam taking the notebook up to the attic. Jimmy's been made, cover's blown. Cue sperg out, he needs to divert attention, get rid of evidence. Steal horn, flush stuff down toilet, etc. It doesn't work, TTS snitches on Jimmy telling Sam that jimmy is hiding something in his pockets. Sam starts going through all his stuff.

then they fight with him over the advil (did they really think there was something in the advil..?)
I'm sure they weren't threatened or anything, but they had caught him acting shifty and hiding shit.
sam breaks it by saying "green penis" to make jimmy laugh
I can't remember where I saw it, but someone said "Green penis" isn't a random phrase, it's a reference to some YTP that jimmy mentioned in a video on his channel.
jimmy thinks he makes sam stop by threatening to reveal that tayleigh is "the actor" which would ruin the actor bit (lol
sam takes jimmy into the attic and tells him he can't tell anyone that tayleigh is the actor and that mephisto works for production, tells him what code words to use, and that he has to make a super pizza or he's going to be eliminated
Ironically, jimmy tried to use one of his worst qualities as leverage. he can't gaslight or act, but thinks he's great at it, and he thinks everyone loves it. Here's an example, go to 6:20
In an effort to be funny/seek attention/whatever, he IMMEDIATELY tells on himself and ruins the bit for TJ and the audience.
An enormously strange interaction takes place between Jimmy and Brian
this was an inevitably, but I think they didn't expect jimmy to fold like an hour after he was instructed not reveal his mission thingy. Also Jimmy's weird fake crying pout at 4:50 was cringey and had me dying from laughter.
In a Twitter space, jimmy says he confessed because he "didn't think Brian would lie to him". Guess jimmy is that desperate for Brian's approval.
- sam changes the subject to, did Jimmy say whisper to Brian who the actor is? Jimmy says no, Sam says yeah he did, Jimmy says no I said it out loud. Sam makes him eat a pepper and he chokes on it
where did they think it was going to go
Jimmy incessant lying and inability to follow instructions for more than a few minutes will ruin any slow burn joke, but watching everyone react to that is amusing in and of itself.
>Jimmy don't do this thing or we'll punish you, that's the rules
(Sam said this knowing he'd fail, but that's entertaining part)
>Ok well even though everyone saw me say it, I didn't say it. Ok maybe if I did say it, that doesn't matter
And it goes on and on. I remember Sam gave up interrogating him for a moment to laugh at his bold face juvenile logic tier lie.
>Eat this pepper as punishment
>Ok I'll eat it but I actually won't eat it so it doesn't hurt -ACK
The problem with the "initiative group" stuff was that it had no real clear purpose or direction as to what it was intended to do, my suspicion was that it was meant to identify dead fish and get them active in one way or another through forced missions meant to screw with other fish or freeloaders.
I was very intrigued by the initiative group ploy, it would've tied nicely into the secret fanboy spy mission. If it had gone according to (what I think was the) plan, we'd be watching a house full of fans turning on each other, every fish committed to the bit because they think they're the special one. Simultaneously, this charade is strung together by a cult mystery to keep a theme and engage the audience with a cult mystery narrative. Makes sense given Jet's history with ARGs.
