Definitely, the difference between the Taylor interview and this one is that Tayleigh may actually show up in person to the studio since I believe Alex Stein is based in Irving Texas and Tay lives maybe an hour or two away if her day 1 origin story was truthful about living in Palestine TX with her mother. Alex Stein was effusive in his praises for her when he was on and leaving the show and I could easily see him trying to find some sort of entry level job for Tayleigh in The Blaze organization.
When Alex Stein came into the tank Tayleigh was probably at the lowest point she was over the course of the show in terms of emotional state, this was shortly following her Tuesday dogpile that was just hour after infuriating hour of stress only to be followed up with Frank physically manhandling her to the point she had to pull scissors, only to end up getting into a boxing match and dog housed for the evening. Even then she still managed to put in effort for Alex Stein's show -- of the hour run time, Tayleigh featured about 50-60% of the show, getting heckled over the weed test and her domestic violence history being made fun of among other things, she was deeply out of her comfort zone and still managed to put a brave face on and tried being as entertaining as she could, something I'm sure Alex Stein was appreciative of.
One of the things you can't really determine in the tanks because the microphones are so distant from the fish which required the fish to project their voices, is what they truly sound like when speaking normally. Taylor as an example has a deep sultry voice that wasn't readily apparent until she started live streaming, Taylor could make a fantastic radio DJ if she could restrain herself from giggling every 5-10 seconds. When Tayleigh was speaking normally to during her recent livestream, you could hear that she has a very mellow voice that someone could listen to for hours without it being grating. Were I Alex Stein I'd immediately have her sit down after the interview and show ends and do a read on camera to see if she could pull it off. Right now Tay is healthy and she looks quite attractive, obviously she'd need a wig if she was to be on camera, but if I were scouting for talent I'd immediately explore what she could offer, you know for a fact she wont rattle no matter how bad the situation gets and she has been maintaining a professional public persona the moment she left the tank.
The only things that would be a hangup is her edgelord political stances, this would require her to clean out some of her Twitter "likes" recently, because lol conservatives and jews lol. Basically getting read the riot act that her political stances are the script put infront of her every day to read on camera. The 1488 cringe stuff she did on camera could easily be disarmed with a "its reality TV dude, people are just hamming it up for TV."

I'm going to preface this by saying I don't like Charleston White and think he was terrible on the show and honestly made me really uncomfortable in a bad way but Trish was never in any real threat of rape. He was playing up his cartoonish black stereotype for the camera. He wasn't going to rape a woman with multiple cameras on him and a house full of guys watching.

I don't think it was mentioned, but Tai did another Portal stream tonight. Partway through the stream, he switched places with his roommate who kept complaining that Tai was playing so poorly. But then the roommate was even worse. I get that puzzle/problem-solving game is not for everyone, but it's like watching people mash square peg into round hole. At least when Tai is doing it, though, there is a charm to his unfamiliarity with vidya.

See I realised I don't really hate Tayleigh or any of the fish, what I hate is people trying to build them up like they're somehow entertaining beyond being trainwrecks on the show, or even redeemable in any way. Danye immediately understood the context of the show being exaggerated beyond that of normal reality TV and immediately went into an over the top catty racist character as well, constantly attacking Trish for being a "mixed up Wasian mutt" and someone who "doesn't know her own culture" "can't cook" "needs to step her pussy up" alongside countless other insane insults. Reality TV operates on a different wavelength than other forms of entertainment and being a borderline insane person as a character is tolerable and celebrated. Also I said Tay would likely get introductions into that realm via Alex Stein, not attempt to cold call the fucking business with an audition tape, getting introductions is far more important in entertainment than anything.
Taylor got removed from her job as a card dealer because casinos are obsessive about giving zero surface for complaints from the people gambling. This answers a lot of questions people were having as to why the fuck Stein was even interested in Fishtank or doing his show from the tank.

I've spent so much time watching s02 live that I had to take some time off the computer, it's been tough catching up with the thread, but i'm now mostly up to date thanks to all of you who shared and archived post tank content.
I'm late to the party but I've seen a lot of people ITT being faggots about Summer, who doesn't deserve to be coddled at all imo. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when she seemed responsive to the advice given to her in her thread, but all my empathy for her went out of the window when she later said she was staying online and aspired to make content for a living.
She's into MDE, 4chan and terminally online, which makes it hard to tell when she is trolling and baiting vs when she's genuinely having a moment. Every thing she has done since leaving the show was trying to get attention/relevancy any way she could.
Watched the VOD of Tayleigh's livestream while working, even if Alex doesn't have a gig for her I think she could pull off being a modest streamer, first stream was not quite entertaining as she doesn't have her computer set up yet, but it was nice to hear from her and see she looks more healthy now. I don't know how good she'll be at growing an audience but if she keeps working on her crochet business on the side she can probably make a decent living.
Tuned into TJ's stream tonight just in time for him to receive a $5 dono from a user named Kemono (a mostly furry porn patreon archive), nothing else interesting followed, unsurprisingly.

The cast was fine and Sam is stupid for thinking they should feign secrecy after the wave of realization swept the room. If you don't want fans to recognize fans then don't bring on fans as contestants.
Really tired of the contestants being blamed for poor aspects of the show. The fault doesn't lie with any of the fish that they realized almost all of them are infiltrators when they were all tasked to find the infiltrator(s) from day 1.
