With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I don't give a shit about how Fishtank was advertised and i don't give a shit that you've been entertained only by the production blunder, don't project your gay opinion on everyone else and expect them to take it as fact.

Full agreement. I'm definitely repping Jon in this one but he shouldn't be off limits. TTS from what I've seen is very limited as it is anyway, the lovable wetawd has got to use this experience to grow a thicker skin, it would really benefit it him in the end.

A background check doesn't involve looking at the dude's amazon author page.
EDIT: Also Jon said it wasn't the simmons shit that made him lock himself in the bathroom. It was Sam telling everyone about the Letty/Vance stealing and shaking Jon/Simmons baby. Betrayal, etc.
 
What the fuck do torturebros want at this point? We literally got to see Sam all but put a final stamp on a guy being a pedo. That's probably one of the most damaging things you can do to a person short of crippling them/outright killing them. But now the show is soft babymode because of what happened? Simmons is going to have the events of this burned into his mind for the rest of his life. You got to see it live.
The fish got to see it in person and are all thinking "will this happen to me next?". It's impacted them psychologically as well. I really don't know what kind of torture would satiate you.
It is kind of gay that Jon can't be bullied anymore over the TTS, but did any entertainment ever come from that? His best moments and spergouts were within the house, spurred on by Sam, or calmed by him.

Keep in mind the books werent labeled in a way that would even come off as being creepy.

People had to actually read his books and post excerpts for him to be outed as a creep.

If you think background checks are THAT intensive, you must work for a three letter agency

he walked in, read two lines from Simmons book, made Josie sing Karaoke and told him to leave while still in character. Simmons didn't even know he was being serious lmao.

If you can watch the Simmons annihilation and not even feel a little bit of some type of way about it and see that as torturous I think you should just go look for actual red rooms, even I started to feel exhausted after that and I've watched almost all 9 days.

I agree.

I've had many background checks, one place even made me go get my own from the police department personally. That company kinda sucked, cheap bastards.
 
All these people crying about "free speech", "not being able to have fun anymore" really just do not get it at all.

If Sam is what makes Jon behave in entertaining ways & Sam was the catalyst for what Fishtank was actually advertised as (humiliating freaks on stream) then maybe Sam should go make a television show or something. Rather than 12 hours of people with no personality sit in rooms while anonymous internet users spend $40 to have Microsoft Sam say things they all ignore anyway.

DoE-L's are pretty intensive, I've had one done and they talked to gradeschool teachers of mine
