1. Mauro and Sylvia were pissed at Jon for shaking their baby when he meant to shake Vance and Letty's
2. Simmons has been kicked out for writing creepy shit
3. Letty and Vance (mostly Letty) have been exposed for shaking Jon and Simmons' baby first
4. Jon locked himself in the bathroom to cry, came out and talked to Jet in secret
5. Mauro is talking to Jet in secret

We are left with 7/8

• Vance and Letty have targets on their backs for being double crossers
• Mauro is probably gay judging by how he acts like a black woman when arguing
• Sylvia is an annoying trailer park Karen
• Damiel is useless and unfunny
• Josie is just trying to get by, possibly crying in he kitchen
• Jon is damaged and we don't know how he's gonna act next

I have to imagine a part of it is that he just got into an argument with Jon and now the producers are clearly showing they like Jon and don't want him crying the bathroom. Could be that this night was just the final boil over a bunch of emotional stress that came in peaks and valleys. Plus since the producers are already playing good cop now for jon, its probably a good time to talk to them about ones feelings since they're probably more receptive.
