I don't know how this works in the industry, but won't the process server have access to all that as part of his job?

Does he get all creative and pretend he's delivering flowers or a pizza?

I wonder if those people finder sites actively search public records, or if they just have a cache of data that gets updated periodically, like an online map. I was going through my phone contacts trying to figure out who random people were (I had like three Lauren's, with no last names) by searching phone numbers on Google, and they were pretty helpful. When I sync up with Facebook or whatever, whomever currently has the phone number, and has it in their profile, will pop up, and I was really confused until I figured out what happened. I want to join one just to see what pops up sometimes.
 
So when does the Rental House Saga end? End of this month?

Hoards can get pretty bad, and even less severe cases are falling/tripping hazards.
 
Who says it was even the hoard that tripped him? In the dark, on the way from the fire truck to the front door, he could have just as easily fallen over the lawn junk at 14BC. Like the mostly-buried third lawn fridge.

Cuz Chris said it happened in the house, while they were "fighting the fire". Chris isn't the best at telling truthful tales..but it's the best we got

Burned houses can look surprisingly intact from the outside, even though the inside is little more than an empty shell.

He made the mistake of following Patti's ghost into the hoard to save some of Chris' TRUE AND HONEST works.
