I do like how that one at least has a slightly different twist to it depending on if you recruited Miranda and kept her alive at the end of the Xavier chapter or not.

At least with Miranda it’s a case of ‘You promised you’d help me liberate my kingdom, remember?’ which plays into why she joins Leif’s group in the first place but if she isn’t there the game has to conjure up a different reason why Leif would be emotionally pressured to make such a tactically dumb decision.

Don’t fault you for likely not knowing about it though since the route split you get Miranda on has the annoying dense forest maze gimmick with invisible warp tiles that send you back to the start, gives you lesser OP items for rewards/loot to steal and gives you worse units including Miranda herself.

(Granted with scrolls she can be salvaged to a fair degree since she doesn’t have complete garbage growths unlike say, Marty, but at that point in the game you got enough OP potential magic users already plus she doesn’t promote into Sage at all. That alone would have made her at least worth it)

Gotta love how she promotes to mage knight in the game where the last two (three if you go into the Loptyr CBT dungeon) consecutive maps are indoor with forced dismounting.

I did, but I honestly thought it was a mere typo of Shannan or at very least we crossed paths during a sneaking mission of his own.
Nope, none of those was the case.
I did capture him after the Astra event, sadly nothing came out of it.

The only thing he's really useful for is the Secret Shop if you manage to unlock that.

But if he actually managed to make an interview with motherfucking Kaga himself, I guarantee you certain someone will die seething IRL.
Wasn’t one of his best friends a Japanese speaker?
 
In stream yesterday a random commenter said he was going to ask someone (?) for kaga’s contact info and pass it along to mangs if he got it, he admitted it was a very distant possibility. And even if he did get kaga’s email that is supposing kaga would want to do an interview with a random foreign YouTuber about FE when kaga doesn’t even do interviews with Japanese media. I definitely get the sense he avoids talking about fe since the lawsuit etc. Most he has is a blog where he shares updates in Japanese about developing TRS and berwick etc.

Not trying to be a hater just would be very surprised if he pulled this off.

If this comes to fruition, there's going to be so much milk. THe anti-Mangs people will probably commit suicide on livestream. Then you have Mangs bungling the interview. Then you have the likelihood of Kaga insulting western fans.

I mean, who really cares about Mekkah anymore. He limps along with boring videos and streams that are lucky to break 1-2k views. “Raisins” was just Mekkah 2.0 (lots of game knowledge but boring as cardboard) and a terrible cohost for him.
 
Does Mekkah do much aside those GBA era S-rank videos with the troon co-commentator anymore? The FE8 Maniac Mode stuff was neat because I love Sacred Stones and the hack had some cool changes, like letting you play both Eirika and Ephraim's chapters and you choose who goes with each Lord. I'd like to play that soon. But the rest is "let's S-rank FE7 yet again" or "here's how to beat 3H Maddening without making everyone aside Lysithea a Wyvern Lord" (i.e. Three Houses Maddening but even more tedious). Seems an awfully dull existence.

The YouTube algo has been showing me this Japanese channel of a guy who'll solo each chapter of Sealed/Blazing Blade with a different character, and both the premise and the auto-dub translations entertain me me when I'm doing chores around the house.

It's tough. The enemies stats will organically grow as you progress through the maps, which is neat but makes stuff like getting Rennac as Ephraim near-impossible because of the difficulty curve. The Tower of Valni is easily ignorable in base FE8 - it's practically mandatory in the hack.

Speaking of Snekkah, I think everyone noticed he stopped using Devdan as his avatar for a long while.
Out of shear curiosity I scrolled all the way down to check when the last time did he ever use it in a thumbnail and the result is what you’d expect

Curiously enough all these were made shortly before he uploaded his smear campaign video. After that he cucked himself out ever since… and man, scrolling down through the thumbnails just now gave me a headache.
They are all the same stiff style: TEXT on one side and a picture on the other. Switch the positioning every few weeks to not bore people I guess.

In all fairness, 99% of even halfway decent channels have pretty dogshit thumbnails. I feel like the only channels that have thumbnails that are good are either dedicated art and animation channels, or that small handful of channels where them uploading is an event, like you drop everything to watch them. I.e. Pointless hub, Sseth, EmpLemon.

I'd actually like to see if y'all have any smaller, like sub 100k, guys you like who make exceptional thumbnails.

I mean it looks interesting. My problem is that although I liked Three Houses, I also had enough of it from one Game that I wasn't clamoring for something that looks like a direct prequel/sequel to it. I think someone else mentioned, but with Three Houses they basically started a new franchise with the Fire Emblem name on it.
Also Three Houses kind of ticked me off because I love Manaketes (My favorite race/lore in the series.), and not a single one of the Dragon people is playable in a way where they can turn into Dragons, I was waiting all Game for Seteth or Flayn to be able to turn into their Dragon forms (Seteth even has what seems to be a picture of Dragon Flayn in his office!), but they never did, and that made me sad :(.
I fear with Three Hopes I'll have to go another Game without my playable Dragons.
